The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

Il cibo è delizioso. Ho appena aspettato 10 minuti per la navetta dall'aeroporto e ci sono voluti altri 10 minuti per arrivare in hotel.

Ampio locale completo di divano, cucinino, bagno. La variazione della colazione non è così numerosa, ma ha un sapore molto buono. Protocollo Covid19 implementato. Dispone di piscina e palestra, ma è necessario fare la fila a causa del limite massimo di persone per entrare in piscina durante la pandemia. Nel complesso ok, anche il prezzo è buono, consigliato per soggiorni in famiglia/gruppo.

Convenient location for attending the event at ICE. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room space is good and comfortable. The service and food at the top floor restaurant needs to improve. It's taken too long time to get the food and it's cool already.

Un hotel molto bello.Molto amichevole personale Buona colazione e ha un bel centro sportivo (tennis. Badminton, squash, piscina & giornata di fitness) Bella atmosfera, molti alberi e verdure. La posizione è magnifica a piedi da un centro commerciale.

La struttura è stata molto attraente, ma non ha un frigorifero. Una stanza non aveva luce d’ingresso.Una stanza aveva la cassaforte sul piatto più basso perché il piatto superiore era rotto. La rack del tovagliolo sarebbe crollata in qualsiasi momento. C’era un suono di drone tutta la notte. Quando la ricezione fu informata delle luci dissero: ”Sì, ci manterremo per risolvere questo... abbiamo avuto la stessa questione delle luci che abbiamo avuto in prima permanenza... quando ci sono state domande sulla condizione delle camere senza manutenzione proattiva. Ci è stato detto che l'hotel ha un nuovo proprietario. Non raccomandato.

The services are amazing, room no 306, room service mbak Lovi/Yovi sorry i forgot, she was kind and fast, very good job, the room very clean, wide and comfortable, the hospitalities are exxcellent, I will be back someday

Dapet diskon dr Trip.com, jadi dg harga segitu, fasilitas jadi berasa oke. Furniture looks old, dipan berbunyi, bantal keras, tapiiii.. Ada hairdryer, air hangat lancar, amenities cukup.. Worth harga diskon.. 🤭☺👍

Mi lamentava della giacca di mia figlia gemella che mancava dopo che il personale dell'hotel aveva pulito la stanza. Non è stata data una buona risposta da parte del personale degli Hotel fino ad oggi, anche se una denuncia dura, dopo la Traveloka admin che fornisce questo servizio di prenotazione/Hotel.
