Hotel in zona Masjid Al Wahdah, Tangerang

This is the hotel to stay almost very time I visit BSD. Value for money with convenient location nearby shopping mall.

It was a long trip. Was in Indonesia after visiting multiple countries in a business trip. As I was to stay for a week in Indonesia, was sceptical about IBIS owing to the room size. Initially booked for just a day. But that day made the difference and I stayed for the whole week in the same room. A couple of their staffs were extremely good and made me change my decision. Puji stuck a casual conversation on the first day. He was extremely helpful in choosing my food and good company. He and Robby were good company and my reason for staying the full time in IBIS. Thank you Puji and Robby and thank you IBIS

La posizione era buona, ma molto vicina all'aeroporto per una notte di uscita, il servizio era buono troppo niente, la stanza era pulita ma le strade erano un po' alte e le finestre non bloccano il rumore molto a notte.Ps: Non sono state prese foto tuttavia

È un posto molto bello! Tutti i membri del personale sono molto gentili e gentili, sempre sorridendo sul viso e ti fa sentire caldo! Il colazione dell'hotel ha molte scelte, continueranno a pulire la tavola e chiedere a voi di cucinare. Questo posto vicino KIP/KIP2 così ho appena trascorso tempo nella nuova città per il mio viaggio di 2 giorni 1 notte.

A very nice hotel. Very friendly staff Good breakfast and it has a nice sports facility (tennis. Badminton, squash, swimming pool & gym) Nice ambience. Many trees and greeneries. Location is superb within walking distance to a mall.

Ottieni quello che hai pagato tipo di hotel. Va bene per un soggiorno breve perché ha tutto il necessario (bagno, asciugamani, pantofole, letto comodo) necessario per viaggiare. Sfortunatamente, la stanza che mi è stata assegnata era un po' sporca, le lenzuola avevano delle macchie.

per la prima volta in questo hotel con i bambini e per la prima volta il ricevitore ci ha salutati gentilmente, poi, quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza, ci è stato detto di cercare tre buoni, wow, finalmente abbiamo trovato questi buoni e i bambini hanno ricevuto regali dal giallo hotel, grazie, mio figlio è molto felice

È troppo vicino al bordo della strada e il suono è rumoroso di notte. Altri sono abbastanza buoni, la colazione dell'hotel è piuttosto ricca e anche la forma dell'hotel è buona. Edificio chic, ancora altamente raccomandato?

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.
