Hotel in zona Lucky Air PAM, Tangerang

La posizione era buona, ma molto vicina all'aeroporto per una notte di uscita, il servizio era buono troppo niente, la stanza era pulita ma le strade erano un po' alte e le finestre non bloccano il rumore molto a notte.Ps: Non sono state prese foto tuttavia

Grande luogo per soggiornare per le famiglie, vicino all'aeroporto internazionale di Jakarta CGK. I colazioni sono fantasticamente buoni e generosi. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. AC funziona perfettamente. Vicinanza sicura, e la navetta gratuita è così utile. Il personale è il migliore: molto amichevole, così utile, e molto gentile. La piscina è molto divertente per tutta la famiglia. Il cibo dal ristorante è gioioso, e il wifi è veloce. Ci siamo rimasti lì qualche volta e l'amo ogni volta. Il nostro piccolo 10-year vecchio vuole aggiungere questo: ”Amo i colazione perché il loro riso fritto è fantastico aaaa e i frutti. Uno dei più rispettabili hotel che abbia mai visto nella mia LIFE!”

Alcune delle strutture non funzionano, il telecomando dell'aria condizionata non funziona..

Il mio soggiorno in questa proprietà è stato solo per un giorno.Il personale/lavoratori sono di buona natura e utile. La receptionista del front desk Ms. Anes e Ms. Fiby sono stati utile al momento del check-in. La stanza è spaziosa. Tutti i miei alloggi erano buoni.La connessione a Internet è molto povera nel 9° piano. Desidero che la gestione / personale /employees di questa proprietà una vita prospera e sana.

Il prezzo era così economico rispetto alle strutture dell'hotel, il personale era amichevole e le strutture erano così buone. Penso che tornerò la prossima volta che vengo in viaggio d'affari

This is the hotel to stay almost very time I visit BSD. Value for money with convenient location nearby shopping mall.

The hotel is strategically located close to plenty dining options.

The lobby is not located in the ground floor and unfortunately none of the staff informed us until we got confused and asked but the concierge staff were friendly and helpful though. Receptionist helped us to check-in and offered to join the JHL membership so I did (need to download the app which quite troublesome). Anyway I joined the member and the receptionist gave a voucher for free welcome drinks that we can use in the restaurant. The voucher only valid for 1 day so after rest for a while, we decided to go to the restaurant to use the voucher. We went to the restaurant in G floor I guess I can't remember (around 4-5 PM) and the staff told us that the restaurant already closed since they need to prepare for breakfast(?) and advised us to go to first floor to use the voucher and again the staff didn't even let us which first floor and how to get there. So we went up to the lobby / receptionist counter to check and the receptionist doesn't even know where we can use the voucher and instead, she asked me back which first floor was the staff referring to. In the end the staff called the restaurant to confirmed and guided us on how to go to first floor. When we arrived in the restaurant at the first floor, the staff told us the we can't use the voucher, the voucher can only be use on the restaurant in G floor and the first floor's restaurant is only for dinner. I don't mind if the voucher can't be use after specific time but the receptionist mentioned it will be valid for the whole day with no specific time. After went back and forth between restaurant and reception, we have no intention to use the voucher anymore, so we went to the receptionist and gave the voucher back. The manager - Ms. Jessica was very friendly and listen to our story. The F&B staff were not friendly and there was no communication at all between F&B and Front office. The room was okay but they didn't really checked the room, the phone was not even charged and we can't use it, I have to go to the other room to call the receptionist.

La struttura è stata molto attraente, ma non ha un frigorifero. Una stanza non aveva luce d’ingresso.Una stanza aveva la cassaforte sul piatto più basso perché il piatto superiore era rotto. La rack del tovagliolo sarebbe crollata in qualsiasi momento. C’era un suono di drone tutta la notte. Quando la ricezione fu informata delle luci dissero: ”Sì, ci manterremo per risolvere questo... abbiamo avuto la stessa questione delle luci che abbiamo avuto in prima permanenza... quando ci sono state domande sulla condizione delle camere senza manutenzione proattiva. Ci è stato detto che l'hotel ha un nuovo proprietario. Non raccomandato.

Convenient location for attending the event at ICE. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room space is good and comfortable. The service and food at the top floor restaurant needs to improve. It's taken too long time to get the food and it's cool already.
