The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was difficult to find, but overall was a nice stay. Bonus that there was a whs 24hr market!

The property was clean and good value. Although located at the services we did not hear any noise. Bed was very comfortable. The services themselves felt run down with a lack of places to eat as many of them were shut. However good pub in Westerton which was only 5 mins away using the key code to exit and enter through Clacket Lane

Great value for money, very helpful receptionist. However, if travelling east and need to exit the rear of the services to access lodge. make sure you get the gate code beforehand

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Although the room was clean the building really needs an update. There also needs to be more electricity sockets and phone charging facilities in the rooms, particularly beside the bed. Most hotels have this facility. Also room keys need to be updated. Very few hotels use traditional keys now.

Really friendly staff, large clean room with 2 coffee options, and big TV. However, these motorway services are really run down. They have really poor food options and an appalling supermarket. The hotel is in need of a refresh, the carpets look sticky! As a cheap place to sleep it is fine, but the hotel and general services seem like something from 20 years ago.

Arrived very late, as I had phoned and let them know. No one to check us in for ages! Room was no smoking but smelt of stale cigarettes Despite being 0 degrees the heating wasn't on

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the facilities look like they have been forgotten by the company. Printer didn't work on arrival, not did the card machine or the reception keyboard. Wasn't expecting much for the price and the room was fine. Bed was actually very comfortable

Was okay, nice comfortable bed, toilet handle broken , shower didn’t seem to change temperature & a loud buzzing during the night & the morning. But lovely staff & ok for the price

Stayed here a few times but it’s now showing it’s age. Stair carpet is worn out, now grubby. Room was clean, fresh bedding and fluffy white towels, but taps dripped and toilet seat just came off. The staff were helpful and professional. It’s a budget hotel and we paid a budget price but not sure we’ll stay again until renovated.
