I found the apartment to be disappointing and not value for money. There were huge cracks in the walls, the bathroom was mouldy, the grout was disgusting, the bottom of the bath mould as well as the roof. I wasn’t made aware it was an ‘older’ style room and for $129 (lucky we were only there 12 hours)

The room was very old and looked very very dirty. The shower was not a sperate room with only a curtain that did not fit separating it from the bed. Will never stay here again

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Food was not bad. Room was quite disappointing. No TV. Ancient, threadbare, stained carpet. I felt the price was high, given the property’s condition

Pool area not cleaned. Rooms old, stained and dirty. Non existent bbq area. Playground was just a paddock.

my stay was great room was beautiful very clean, the pool was absolutely wonderful and staff very nice and friendly i will most definately stay here again and do recommend best western sanctuary inn at tamworth i had no problems and enjoyed my stay fully thankyou

Convenient, quiet and easy walk to shops, eateries, etc. Room was clean and bed comfortable although pictures on website room seemed bigger.
Included free Continental breakfast.
Bang for buck? Didn't feel like it.
Overall, just stayed a night, would I stay here again? Probably not.

very comfortable bed and well designed room. Spa bath a great unexpected extra.
However houskeeping needs to improve bathroom cleaning (dirt in corners, mildrew) and management needs to replace airconditioners - too noisy to want to use, but too hot to not use. Also no way of getting fresh air into the room so the smell of disinfectant cleaning products was overwhelming

I liked the friendly staff & the convenient location. The decor & ammenities in the room were tired & in need of a revamp. The shower rail in our ensuite kept falling off the wall & the tv could only receive limited free to air channels.

Stayed one night on a recent business trip. Adequate for an overnight stay but the furniture, bed included could be in better condition. The cleanliness of the bathroom could also be a little better. All in all a good night's sleep
