On arrival the wrong room number was written on our key card so we spent time trying to get into the wrong room, very awkwardly. Mistakes happen but this was then not corrected on our breakfast booking which meant we nearly didn’t get in for breakfast as the room number we gave had already been in. We booked a “premier plus” room which didn’t live up to what was advertised. There was no complimentary water, and the “sweet treats” for two people consisted of one tiny chocolate bar the size of my thumb nail. We were sent an email on how to access the ultimate WiFi but the code we were given didn’t work. Long queues at breakfast as things weren’t being replenished quickly enough. Clean room at least.
