Hotel in zona Lost Pond, Tamuning

Solo il posto più alto, quindi penso sia giusto.Penso che l'amore per gli ospiti sia più pulito e perfetto di D.Non c'è yogurt di carbonio nel buffet (come in tutto il mondo), questo è più che voglio personalmente. Penso che la qualità dei prodotti del caffè del primo piano sia anche la migliore dell'hotel.

수영장과 바다가 연결되어 있어 접근성 가장 훌륭합니다. 침구도 푹신해서 좋았구요. 조식은 보통 수준입니다 (가성비는 굿) 다만 보증금은 꼭 현금으로 지불하시길 추천드려요. 저는 매일 150달러씩 출금되서 ㅎ.. 체크카드여서 보증금 몇달은 지나야 돌아온다는데 ㅠ 총 320달러정도 보증금 나갔습니다. 마지막날에는 분명 보증금 안나간다는 직원의 확인까지 받았는데도 (혹시나 하는 마음에 해당 카드 잔액을 0원으로 빼두었습니다) 다음날 새벽에 또 150달러 승인실패 문자 와있더라구요.. 거의 방값 만큼 보증금 빼가는 곳이 어디있나요^_ㅠ 500달러 가량 보증금으로 잡아두신 것 같더라구요 다른 후기 보니까 현금으로 100달러만 내신분도 있던데, 골치 아픈일 안생기게 사전 현금 지불 후 체크아웃할때 현금 돌려받는 게 더 깔끔하겠다는 생각이 들었어요🙃 이외에도 다른 호텔 이슈가 있었는데 주말인데도 불구하고 트립닷컴에서 빠르게 채팅 연락 진행해주셔서 잘 해결 되었습니다. 덕분에 기분 좋게 여행 마무리 합니다. 트립닷컴 짱 아무튼 저는 이 호텔 재방문 의사 없습니다 ㅎ

The breakfast at the hotel was a well-stocked buffet-style meal. They did make custom omelets. The breakfast included a wide range of meats each morning. There were breads, cereals, and pastries. Coffee, teas, and juices were included. The rooms are large and are well-appointed. The bed, pillows, and linens were outstanding. My room had a nice view of the pool and ocean. The internet worked well. The hotel is well located near the beach, dining, and shopping district. Other nightlife activities are in close walking distance. There was a large self-serve washer & dryer on-site.

Per tre notti non ho potuto pulire perché l'ora non era quella giusta, in altri hotel la pulizia delle camere di solito finisce prima delle 15:00. È stato imbarazzante che il deposito di $ 20 a notte non fosse stato annunciato e che l'hotel avesse commesso un errore e avesse già pagato l'alloggio online, ma è stato addebitato due volte... Ci sono voluti circa 4 giorni per recuperarlo. La vista è davvero buona. Anche la posizione è buona. Forse sono stato sfortunato. È stato bello avere un depuratore d'acqua nel corridoio! L'insonorizzazione non è buona, la sera è molto rumoroso, soprattutto perché ci sono molti ospiti in famiglia. La lobby è spaziosa e carina, sembra che ci siano spettacoli la sera. Fa molto freddo dentro, quindi porta una giacca!

Posso capire perché tutti sono dusittani dusittani! La posizione è molto buona e l'isolamento acustico non è buono, ho sentito dire che l'isolamento acustico nella stanza in cui ho alloggiato non era male. Il personale è cordiale e tornerò a Dusit Thani la prossima volta che vado.

Per quanto riguarda la posizione, non era troppo lontano dalla principale via dello shopping, quindi era sufficiente passeggiare! Le strutture sono vecchie e obsolete. La prima camera matrimoniale con vista sull'oceano che ho prenotato era al piano inferiore e non è stata ristrutturata. Era una stanza molto arretrata, ovviamente anche la vista non è buona. L'ho ricevuto al 3° piano, ma era troppo basso, quindi sono salito al 6° piano senza costi aggiuntivi. Sono andato nella camera doppia, ma le strutture in quella stanza erano anche peggiori... Era come una stanza abbandonata Quando provo ad usarlo, il bagno fa molto rumore È una stanza alla fine dell'ascensore, quindi sono incinta ed è così difficile andare in giro, quindi sono disposto a pagare un supplemento, quindi ho chiesto un upgrade della camera, ed era gratis e un 7° posto migliore pavimento Grazie mille per essere passato a una camera ristrutturata. Da allora, mi sono sentito a mio agio! Per prima cosa controlla le condizioni della stanza e chiedi una sostituzione. Assicurati di ascoltarmi! Le foto 1-3 sono camere non ristrutturate 4-5 è una stanza chiusa e ho chiesto di aggiungere un letto singolo.

Albergo di TUMON, che è stato rinnovato per circa un mese, e che è stato la proprietà perfetta per noi mentre in remoto lavoro/vacanza su Guam visitando la famiglia e gli amici durante la pausa estiva dei nostri figli. L'hotel aveva appena completato la loro rinovazione e conversione in un hotel boutique appena ristrutturato. Abbiamo anche amato la vista di Tumon Bay e il sole di It dalla nostra suite. La struttura è anche situata in centro a Tumon, dove abbiamo fatto la passeggiata quotidiana alla spiaggia di Fujita, che era a circa 5 minuti a piedi, e la principale shopping di Tumon ***** che era a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Ci hanno accolto con lo spirito di Hafa Adai, hanno prestato attenzione alle esigenze della nostra famiglia durante il nostro soggiorno, e a volte qualche passo avanti nell’assicurare un buon soggiorno. Questi individui includono (Brandon, Robinson, Sam, Rey, Oz, Misty, Josh, Jay, Mark, Sheryl, e Jamie) Un paio di individui specifici che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno speciale, erano Oz e Misty. Oz Lobby Host, costantemente ci ha salutati quando partimmo dall'hotel per lanciare il nostro giorno e ci ha accolti la sera quando tornammo dall'hotel dal nostro giorno divertente e divertente. Oz ci avrebbe anche controllato per assicurarci che avremmo un buon soggiorno. La nostra ospite di camera era costantemente in servizio, e avrebbe controllato costantemente se avessimo bisogno di un'altra camera durante il nostro soggiorno. I miei figli amavano anche la cura che Misty aveva messo nei loro animali. In generale un soggiorno fantastico, e ci aspettiamo di rimanere di nuovo e consigliere Hotel Tano ai nostri amici e familiari che stanno cercando un hotel a Guam.

La coppia ha soggiornato due notti nella suite di vacanza dall'inizio dell'anno.So che l'hotel è molto vecchio, ma la stanza è grande, ma la luce della stanza è molto oscura, solo un supporto ２.Sono entrato nell'hotel dopo le tre, ma ho sentito che non ho finito di pulire, quindi sto aspettando di finire. Il giorno dopo, non importa quante volte sono tornato fuori, la stanza non ha pulito. Sono venuto dopo le sette della notte. Mi sono rilassato dopo la cena, quindi ho rifiutato.Ho vissuto in tutti i paesi e in tutti gli hotel, ma è la prima volta che sono così tardi. La posizione dell'hotel è buona, ma un po'deluso.

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff.
