Siisti ja mukava hotelli. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä palvelu.

Olimme matkalla omalla autolla Tampereella ja halusimme yöpyä lähellä keskustaa. Hiukan vanha ja aikaa nähnyt rakennus, mutta huomioiden palvelun ja sijainnin hyvä. Huone oli kahdelle riittävän kokoinen ja siisti. Ilmastointi varsin äänekäs ja pidee-suihku puuttui. Maistuva ja monipuolinen aamiainen, jossa mukana Lapin makuja.

Huoneessa oli aivan liian kuuma. Ikkunoita ei saanut auki. Ilmastointilaite oli kuulemma mennyt rikki. Olisin toivonut myös minibaaria tai edes korkkiruuvia huoneeseen. Jätteiden lajittelua ei huoneessa ollut. Muuten oli hyvä palvelu ja kiva paikka, mutta huone oli kyllä pettymys.

Beautiful room and common areas. Dinner was excellent, great breakfast. Staff were very attentive. The rooftop sauna with city views was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Sami music playing in my room really when I arrived set the tone as did the pine scented soaps.

I've stayed at all the hotels in Tampere, this one is worth paying extra for. Highly highly recommended.

Great stay. I visited during the hot summer weeks. The air conditioner wasn’t the strongest but everything else was amazing. The breakfast was great as well.

Quite and comfortable

One of the best hotel breakfasts in Finland. Made by order omelettes with your favorite fillings are not so frequent in Finland. Very good location, extremely friendly staff and a nice standard room. If you are a Lapland fan, but don't have time to taste the real thing, this is the next best thing down south. The ambience of the hotel is very relaxed and cozy.

Overall comfortable

Tasokas majoitus, aamiaiset ovat Lapland-hotelleissa aina parhaita. Pientä miinusta siitä, että huoneessa on aika kuuma viilennysyrityksestä huolimatta!

I had chosen the hotel as I have heard good about the sauna. Unfortunately the sauna was available only in a few hours in the evening (at the very same time when the people usually have dinner or go to the theatre) and I missed the whole sauna. That's something which should be said in the hotel information that the sauna is not open late in evenings, or during the day or in mornings. The breakfast room was too crowded: even though it's the Covid time I couldn't find a room for myself. When I finally after a long waiting got a table, the waiter took my coffee away two times while I was picking up some food. Finally I took my coffee from the machine and brought it to my room as the messiness and noise in the breakfast area was very unconfortable. Overall I felt the price of the hotel was not worth it as I got just a basic room, no extra services (no sauna, no gym, no good customer service...). The lightning of the room and a shower curtain were nice, something positive to mention, but that's all.
