Non aspettarti troppo dagli hotel negli Stati Uniti: le strutture hardware sono mal mantenute, vecchie e danneggiate. Anche la colazione è molto semplice e gli ingredienti sono i più comuni ed economici.

This property is rated a 4 star hotel and thats why I chose to stay there. It also cost me $152.50 for one night which is absolutely insane. This is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. I regret not paying the $4.50 for the travel cancellation. If I wasnt duped by the reviews and if it wasnt so late at night I would have just cancelled and stayed somewhere else. As soon as my girlfriend and I walked into the room we both smelled the stench if stale cigarettes. We also had to force the door open as it was completely stuck because of the paint (must have been recently painted). We were greeted with what looked like a sheet over our window that was being used as a makeshift curtain. The TV was also as big as my computer monitor, it was also not centered or aligned with the bed and other furniture. My girlfriend and I immediately checked for bed bugs, luckily, we found none, however we did find hair from other guests, as the hair textures, lengths, and curl patterns were different.. we found this disturbing as well. We decided to try and make the best of it, we go to take a shower and we see that the linen is very old and has strings hanging off most of the towels. We also saw a sunken in ceiling above our shower head, caused by terrible water damage, which they just painted over. The shower head was very outdated and looked pretty gross. I cant type anymore because I am unfortunately at my character limit, but I could keep going.. I would recommend not staying.

Theirs Hotel doesn’t offer daily room cleaning services, we noticed about it when we check in. Very disappointing, because is not listed explaining that. Poor breakfast, under same quality hotels. Not recommended.

This is place needs a complete renovation. The room was outdated, the dark blue walls with dark brown furniture and features will definitely have to go because it doesn’t give good vibes. The bathroom was disgusting, the door, the walls, the vanity and the bathtub were all dirty and broken down. The pool was full of dirt and the water was murky (useless). The only thing I liked was the free coffee in the lobby.

Interior was not well kept. Carpeting in common areas was in poor shape. Beds were well past time to replace mattresses. Water pressure was poor and temperature challenging. Parking lot was full of potholes and no back entrance to hotel if you had to park in back. Dimly lit parking. Very little parking infron where access was located.

Air conditioning barely working, toilet kept running anytime someone had to use it. I had to fix it myself. And there were little roaches and it looked like bed bugs crawling around. The mattress was horrible you can feel every spring in your back. I brought it up to the manager when checking out she said she would refund half my amount. I was ok with that. Since I didn't see the bugs until the morning I woke up. She said to let ******* know. I called ******* and they called the manager. The manager Delphine only gave me $34 instead of 105. Never will I ever stay there. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. It was a last minute to find a decent hotel. Which it looked decent.

The bed was mucho uncomfortable, large dip in middle. Otherwise clean, dated, shower pressure moderate.

It was nice. I got the “king room” one bed but I expected it to be a king.. it was a full but other then that and the WiFi not working well enough to play YouTube for the kiddo it was nice. Cheap and clean for last minute trip
