The hotel was not well maintained.. The floor is damaged, the curtain was worn out and has stain and very old

Arrived at hotel, booked 2 rooms, one was missing. They found incredibly the second room, but without windows, and had no towels because hotel was fully booked!!! Shower was almost cold due to maintenance on the heating system. Room furniture badly kept. Only thing the mall across the road at walking distance.

It was good nice. Calming and relaxing. this is our third time to stay here and still consistent with their cleanliness

I hate to leave bad reviews but this was a very unpleasant stay. I had no hot water any of my 4 days stay. The WiFi kept going off and on losing work I was doing. The lobby smelled like mold and mildew. My room aircon quit working each night leaving the room warm and stuffy.
Very uncomfortable and I was happy to leave.

SMの向かいで立地は良いが、空港からはかなり遠い。設備は古く特にシャワールームのガラスが湯垢でかなり汚れていた。価格は割高と感じられるホテル。ただスタッフのホスビタリティーは高い。

hot water not available and was not informed about it Area is quite busy and noise from street can be heard in the room no local channel available and they do not provide access to any smart tv app food was limited no towel in room unless you ask for it terible

Room is good its quiet spacious with dining and receiving area. Location is accessible very close to Sm mall. Its clean but toilet is not properly clean enough, every time i ask for room make up they never include the shower nor refill the shampoo. Water current is very slow. The electricity always on and off. Staff is okay. Lobby is quiet smelly because no proper ventilation nor ac, and so dark at night as they always turn off the lights. Lastly, so strange For all the hotel I’ve been, its weird that they wont let u borrow iron and iron board cause they prefer for you to take their service and pay for it.
