Total disapoin**ent. In the Best summerseason restaurant and bar are closed and they did not tell this In threir website. And location is at least seven kilometers from the city. Kampai by Kim Mikkola In Noblessner saved the evening and we got great food. Never again to this hotel. Can't recommend to anybody.

I visited my sushi to order take away, I showed the grumpy waitress a combo on a table and told her that this is what I want to order and two more sushi plates. I waited in the restaurant for a whole hour and nobody told me that my order was ready although 3 waiters were right in front of me. On top of it when I asked where was my order one of them gave it to me with another grumpy face. When I got to my room the combo was completely different from what I had shown them. The quality and taste was medium to bad and the sea **** smell was strong. If you take away check before you go that the order is correct and don’t try it if you want to eat quality sushi. I also just want to say to the staff that your faces look grumpy as if you are bored and miserable. That’s really rude.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 401. Klein, dreckig, alt, schimmel in der Dusche, Fenster war 25cm hoch und ca. 60cm breit. Schlimme Betten und Reinigung null. Frühstück schrecklich. Besteck und Teller plus Servietten musst man selber holen. Also nichts gedeckt. Cafe Maschine eine Saecco Office aus dem Jahre 1990 und schmutzig. Unfreundliches Personal. Wollte dann am Nachmittag in das Bad und Sauna. Dann hiess es nur von 8-11 Uhr und danach 20 Euro pro Person. Da war auch ein Finne der sich beschwert hatte. Weil er am Nachmittag angekommen ist und wollte mit den Kinder Baden. Wolten 60 Euro. Das Hotel ist das schlimmste was ich bis jetzt gesehen habe. Ich verstehe nicht das dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat. 2 Sterne wären schon zu viel. Jede Jugenherberge ist immer als dieses Hotel.

Никто не предупредил, что баня не работает, что бассейн только с 8 до 12 дня. Парковка от отеля совсем маленькая, благо через дорогу можно было поставить автомобиль. Деньги, которые были потрачены на этот отель смело мог бы добавить 10 евро за номер и поселиться туда, где все работает без ограничений. На полотенцах висят чьи-то волосы. Единственный плюс этого отеля, что персонал приветливый. Про халаты и тапочки можно вообще забыть. Смартфон к телевизору не подключить, да что уж там что бы сам смартфон зарядить нужно под трансформатор(адаптер) что-то подложить, подпереть так сказать. Бассеин холодноват, джакузи немного не похож на джакузи. Насадка на душе устала, хромироварность отваливается Этому отелю до четырех звезд не хватает буквально четырех звезд P.S. завтрак заслуживает уважение, все компактно, вкусно и есть выбор. За него тоже плюс

Хорошо отдохнули, в номере было все что нужно, завтрак отличный, после сходили в бассейник с сауной, очень расслабляет)) Хорошее начало отпуска!!! Было бы хорошо, если бы сауна была совместной, а так у женщин и мужчин отдельно
