Pugdundee Safaris- Tree House Hideaway

Simply awesome! They have cottages on stilts, which give a treeline view from the balcony and windows. Not a true treehouse, but with all amenities and very clean, tastefully done. Quite different from other resorts and regular hotel rooms. Food is exceptional. No cold, regular buffet but a proper sit down meal. It's fresh and almost home cooked style. We loved the drinks as well. Service is the BEST I've seen in any resort. And that is the TRUE differentiator from any other place. Ravi, Rakesh, Ashish, the naturalist and the entire serving staff are Simply exceptional.If you're looking for a quiet, boutique resort with home style, delicious food and drinks, this is the place! I'm so impressed, I'll try other Pugdundee resorts as well in future.

We had the most unforgettable and special experience at Treehouse Hideaway by Pugdundee Safaris. The safaris, led by our expert naturalist Priyo were exceptional - not only did we see a Tiger on the first drive but the amount of birds and other creatures he identified just through sound! He was truly unbelievable. Being welcomed back from the safaris with a hot towel, a beverage and warming smiles from the staff was just one of those extra touches Treehouse goes to to make you feel incredible. The eco-friendly accommodation is gorgeous, clean and makes you feel like you are in 5* bedroom. Best sleep of my life!! Being in a treehouse surrounded by nature really cleanses the soul. The food- is out of this world. We’ve been in India for over a week at this point and it’s the best we’ve ever tasted. 3/4 course meals for lunch and dinner. We booked a bush dinner which was lovely and were surprised with a special outside breakfast in the kitchen garden on our last day. The thing that really makes Treehouse special though is the staff. Their hospitality, friendliness and attention to detail is just out of this world. I work in the restaurant business and I have truly never experienced anything like the service they provided. The team at reception (sorry I didn’t take down their names!) were so helpful. And a special mention again to our driver & naturalist Priyo and our main server Rakesh. If you want to experience something truly life changing, please stay here if you are visiting Bandhavgarh.

The experience at the treehouse was amazing. The service was exceptional, we enjoyed the food and the safaris were great. Our guide, Assis, was so great. Tigers proved elusive during our visit but we did have a up close and personal experience with male Tiger. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The lodge is perfect! The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful. The food is absolutely incredible, the best we had in India! And the staff are super friendly, attentive and could not be more helpful. The safaris were incredible. Ashish was a super knowledgeable guide and a wonderfully nice person to drive us round the parks. And we saw tigers every day! Really, Treehouse Hideaway could not be better. Quiet, peaceful and luxurious. It is the absolutely perfect place for an Indian Safari!

Everything about our stay at Treetops was perfect, from the collecting at airport to sadly having to leave this beautiful, very peaceful place. The accommodation was fabulous with all the luxuries ( and trees), the food tremendous, fresh, tasty and abundant. Overall though was the excellent staff, who we felt would have gone out their way to do anything for us, but didn't need to as it was already there! Ravi manages his team so smoothly and efficiently, and they all deliver so kindly. Priyobrata provided great information on the nature and introduced us to the wonderful best Naturist, Ashish, who dedicated two days to us patiently taking us around on safari and finding us 5 tigers!! We felt very spoilt and so well looked after by everybody. Thank you, each and everyone of you: we so hope to return.

It is a beautiful resort, amidst the jungle. The manager, Ashish and the rest of the team was incredibly welcoming, polite and helpful. Excellent hospitality and service. The staff went out of their way to ensure our trip was comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Food can be improved a little. They ask for your feedback and do make the necessary changes. There was a personal touch to everything. Our stay was just fantastic.

I recently stayed at Treehouse Hideaway, a treehouse resort by Pugdundee Safaris and had an incredible experience. The location is stunning, very close to one of the core zones and the lodge is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The treehouses were spacious, uniquely designed using recycled wood. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. But the manager Mr Ashish Tirkey made our trip so worthwhile by giving us personal attention to make sure our trip becomes memorable. And did I mention that the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options catering to all tastes.

Being in the jungle, especially with Pugdundee Safaris was an absolute dream. The hotel gave the perfect Tarzan and Jungle Book meets a luxurious city hotel vibe. The safaris with their naturalists were so fun and informative and not to forget gorgeous. I thought I would be bored as I was travelling alone but they offered so many activities that I wanted to stay for a few more days. The food, however, was arguably the best thing in the whole trip. I have a few dietary restrictions and chef worked around them to create amazing, absolutely yummy dishes. Kudos to the chef and the whole team there for creating such a welcoming and sustainable environment. They were very helpful and friendly.

As a family we wanted a respite from the city and wanted to relax and we hit the jackpot with this place. With many activities, comfiest beds and a overall very cozy vibe, all of us fell in love. You can see everyone put in a lot of thought while constructing and decorating it as each and every element paid homage to the nature around us. It was a brilliant experience and the food and staff their made it all the more better.
