รู้สึกไม่ได้ชิวในการพักผ่อน เพราะกฎระเบียบใช้กับแขกมาเข้าพักเหมือน นักเรียนมาเรียน cocktail ไม่ได้รสชาติที่เหมาะสมกับราคา มะนาวที่โชว์มากับแก้วไม่มีความเขียวสด ดำ และทำให้ไม่น่าดื่ม ห้ามไม่ให้ใช้แก้วที่บริเวณสระน้ำ แต่เซอร์วิสแก้วและขวดน้ำแก้วในห้อง พนักงานต้อนรับวันที่เช็คอิน แสดงน้ำเสียงไม่พอใจเมื่อเรามีคำถาม และเวลาบอกกฎระเบียบเหมือนว่าเราเข้ามาในคุกไม่มีผิด ถ้าสามารถเอาเงินคืนได้ในวันเช็คอินคงเอาเงินคืนและเช๊คเอ้าท์ทันที พนักงานส่วนหนึ่งบริการดี อัธยาศัยดี ขอบคุณเช่นกัน อาหารอร่อย อยากให้เซอร์วิสแขกนอกที่มากับเราพาเข้ามาใช้บริการและได้มีเวลาร่วมกันในการพักผ่อนที่ดีกว่านี้ ขอบคุณค่ะ

La camera è stata pulita e ben ristrutturata con servizio di cucina, servizi di caffè e tè, aria condizionata e efficiente, ma ha una doccia calda e un bagno. C'era una piccola piscina e pochi letti solari, ma non c'erano parasoli o protezione dal sole. Avevamo un colazione molto fondamentale. Il personale cucinava le uova alle 7:00, ma non erano state tenute calde. La colazione era limitata al tostapane, alle fiocchi di granturco, ai frutti, alle uova e al riso arricchito ogni altro giorno. La piscina sembrava aprirsi tardi a notte perché al fine settimana sembrava che alcuni dei ragazzi della squadra si svegliavano nella piscina alle 10:00, quindi era piuttosto rumoroso e difficile dormire. Il prezzo è stato buono per questo hotel, è stato lungo la strada da tutti i bar e ristoranti. La spiaggia sarebbe a 20 minuti a piedi e ci sono molti hotel più vicini al mare.

Super süßes Hotel. War alles sauber schöne Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Das Zimmer mit Poolzugang war sehr entspannt. Ohne Fortbewegungsmittel, von der Lage her ein bisschen schwierig. Da man zu Fuß lange zum Strand braucht. Empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Had a wonderful stay at the sands as a family of 3 . Check in was a breeze as we arrived late at night due to a cancelled flight. Room was spacious however I did not like the layout of the room bathroom being very open, bed was comfortable , no issues with cleanliness - however some mosquitoes. Breakfast buffet was ok but very busy chaotic at times , we found it a bit repetitive the food options. Our daughter had the time of life at the pool,slides and playground it kept her busy all day. We enjoyed the swim up bar the cocktails were okay too sugary we enjoyed the happy hours at different bars at the resort we did walk along the beach 2 min walk to hippie fish bar and enjoyed the cocktails there more much better quality I believe happy hr was 6 to 7 there highly recommended good vibe. The gym was well maintained everything you need. We ate dinners at spinach, thenight markets, room service was great as well. We also loved the roti and fried chicken cart . Would only recommend staying here with children not as a couple.

• ทำเลที่ตั้งดี บรรยากาศโรงแรมดีมีความคลาสสิค ทำเลดีมากติดหน้าหาด สระว่ายน้ำดีมากถ่ายรูปสวย ส่วนกลางตกแต่งได้สวยงาม • ในส่วนของห้องพัก อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้ไม่ครบถ้วนยังขาดแปรงสีฟัน ยาสีฟัน และปริมาณแชมพูครีมอาบน้ำไม่เพียงพอสำหรับผู้เข้าพัก 2 ท่าน ทางนี้พัก 2 คืนแต่ไม่มีการเติมให้ แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดเตียงไม่ดีพอยังมีเศษทรายอยู่บ้าง ห้องสวยงามสมราคา แต่ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเท่าที่ควร ห้องน้ำน้ำแรงดี น้ำอุ่นเย็นควบคุมง่ายและเร็ว แอร์ทำงานเสียงดังแต่ความเย็นดีฉ่ำทั่วห้อง • ในส่วนอาหารเช้าจัดอยู่ในมาตรฐานที่ดีไลน์อาหารครบถ้วน • การบริการของพนักงานดีให้ความช่วยเหลือได้อย่างรวดเร็ว • โดยรวมถือว่าเป็นโรงแรมที่ดี แต่หากเทียบกับราคาที่จ่ายคิดว่าน่าจะต้องดีกว่านี้ (ช่วง High Season จึงมีราคาที่สูง)

We have just returned to the uk after spend 11 nights at the moracea in khoa lak we arrived on saturday the 24th of feb , no one we know had stayed here so we booked on the strength of past reviews which were very good ,So we booked now we have our opportunity ,to review we must say ,this holiday ,the hotel and staff were excellent . bungalow 221 was perfect right on the pool and 20 metres from the beach . bungalow,well kitted out with a huge bed .air con fan .which all worked spot on and cooled us down after the hot days on the beach .cleaned evey day to the highest standard, food spot for us ,breakfast was for all taste on a serve your self basis .dinner and evening meal ,was different ,order off the menu .cooked fresh and always served within 10 mins The big one for us was the staff ,So eager to serve and please all of them.But like in any walk of life ther were several who really stood out so id like to name them Luk Pad ,Sae ,Namu,Pop .brilliant Thank you Hotel Moracea for making our holiday perfect mick and kirsty will see you soon

We spent 10 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect for our needs! An utterly beautiful hotel with clean rooms and facilities and the kindest, most helpful staff I've ever come across in a hotel. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with direct access to the 2.4km pool - this was a great feature and it felt like we had a bit of private pool whilst being able to swim all the way to the main pool. The pool also adds to the feeling that you're in a village community rather than a commercial hotel, as we made friends with our ”neighbours” and would see them from time to time when we were out swimming. The hotel's beach is clean and stunning, the sun beds are thickly padded and comfortable, and we made use of the bodyboarding and kayaking equipment on our stay. The restaurants at the hotel were incredible! The main ones are Ta-Krai (Thai), Sakura (Japanese), and Olive (Italian). Before arriving I was a bit sceptical at how authentic the restaurants would be but the hotel has ensured they've brought in the best chefs who could bring authentic cuisine to Khao Lak. The sushi at Sakura was probably the freshest and tastiest I've ever had (albeit, I've not been to Japan yet, but it's still better than all the London sushi places where we live and even better than Nobu). We loved Olive restaurant too, in particular their Sunset BBQ evening where you're spoilt for choice on meats, seafood, sides, salads, and a full-on Italian cheese and ham bar with really delicious, authentic selections. Chef Enzo there was dishing out cheeses to us and making recommendations what to pair each cheese with and was so helpful (and the cheeses were incredible). We opted for the Breakfast and Dinner package and we're really glad we did as we loved going back to those restaurants over the 10 days. For lunch we'd eat at the hotel cafes, or out at excursions, or at local restaurants adjacent to the hotel, such as Phen's (delicious!). We also bought a spa package at Quan Spa in the hotel and booked in lots of treatments throughout our stay. The spa is beautiful and the massage therapists were excellent; it's a bit pricier than outside the hotel but the spa environment is worth it for that luxe feeling (and still cheaper than in the UK!). Overall, I don't think we found and faults with our stay at JWM and we will definitely come back in the future, perhaps for our anniversaries! And we would highly recommend it to all our family and friends!

We upgraded from 2 suites from a package TUI booking pool villa 838 costing about 42K THB for 14 nights in November and December 2022. 2 adults, and 2 kids age 17 and 10 so the privacy of a private pool was one of our highlights of the holiday. This is such a peaceful resort with beautiful surroundings and very helpful staff. Notably Emme, Gift, Mark, Tee, Big, Yuda, Tar, Pecky and Winai. This resort is not within walking distance of town / Biang Nang market area, and a taxi to go there will set you back 300 THB each way from the guys on the beach outside the gate. That's the going rate both ways so don't be conned by a chancer. In the resort there's 2 restaurants, one's a buffet and the Napalai on the villa side of the river and you can eat from both if you upgrade. There are 2 swimming pools, several bars and organised trips to temples, islands, local markets, animal sanctuaries offered from the front desk or holiday rep so you aren't cut off from civilisation by being in such a remote area surrounded by beach and jungle, which is actually a plus point if you're a surfer, nature or beach lover because this resort scores a 10 if that's what interests you. We didn't travel to Thailand for the nightlife, just to chill in some winter sun. There's ample entertainment just 10 minutes away from the resort, in town or Memories bar, but if you want boom, boom, boom and all night drinking go to Phuket instead. I'd definitely return, but not with children.

In generale, una fantastica esperienza di vacanza. Le camere sono ben preparate, pulite e rilassanti. Il personale è caldo, accogliente, super utile e amichevole.Specialmente Nu che ci ha preso molta cura.Grande selezione di colazione e super gioioso. Grande sistemazione in camera per bambini che si occupa anche dei bambini più anziani con tavolo da pingpong, palla macchina, giochi d'arcade e altre selezioni. La stazione di spiaggia è stata molto utile, tutti pronti ad aiutare, SUP, boogie board e kayaks disponibili per uso gratuito. I bambini giocano anche volleyball quasi ogni sera con altri ospiti . Un'impressionante notte di incendio Torneremo certamente qui.

Wer einen Erstklassigen Hotelurlaub möchte, ist hier richtig! Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, Kaffee, Tee und Wasser wird im Zimmer jeden Tag nachgefüllt. Sogar Föhn, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden, sowie die nötigen Badutensilien wie Zahnbürste, Rasierer, Wattestäbchen, etc. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und alles ist super sauber. Der Pool ist herrlich und als Alternative ist das Meer und der Strand direkt nebenan. Es gibt ein Restaurant, Fitnessstudio und Massagen am Pool/Strand. Die Kinder sind im Kids Club mit wechselndem Angebot super versorgt und auch für die größeren gibt es Angebote. Alleine bleiben dürfen dort Kinder ab 4, ansonsten muss mindestens eine Aufsichtsperson dabei bleiben. Das Frühstück lässt für niemanden Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und vor allem mit den Kindern wird viel gescherzt. Einziger Nachteil war für uns die Lage, fussläufig ist nur ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Geldautomat im nächsten Hotel erreichbar. Alternativen zum leckeren Hotelessen gibt es zwar fussläufig über den Strand, aber wer etwas Abwechslung liebt und auch etwas bummeln möchte abends, der sollte sich ein zentraleres Hotel suchen. Ansonsten gibt es gegen Gebühr Shuttlebusse auf den nächst gelegenen Markt und in die Stadt Khao lak, die etwa 30 Minuten dauert. Ein Grab kann man in dieser Region leider nicht buchen. Einen Ausflugscounter und einen Shuttlebus zum Flughafen gibt es auch, lässt sich jedoch direkt am Strand etwas kostengünstiger ebenso buchen.
