Nice spacious room, resort style , big restroom with bathtub. Like breakfast on the beach. Good breakfast, many selections. Only thing that i couldn’t find in the room is slipper.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms are beautifully detailed, and the overall setting is simply stunning. The breakfast was exceptional—definitely a 5+. I highly recommend booking the Grand Deluxe Room with a bathtub for an extra touch of luxury. The beach is absolutely gorgeous as well. My husband and I had an unforgettable stay!

First warm welcome upon we arrived. The bambu bar was cool, too.The facilities we didn't use much. We just spent time in the pool because we booked the pool access room types. So overall, it is a pretty good bit lot of mosquitoes 🦟 when we get into the room that we were booked for, and everything was perfect. Just the mosquito is so annoyed during we at the pool or outside around. Well, there's nothing much to say because of surrounded. Check-in was great. We have juice for welcome drink Check out a bit slowly, but I do understand them as front desk duty say apologies to me. (I'm ok) 🫰At least the housekeeper should be sprayed or asmatch prepare in the room. Would be a better deal during rain season. Room service pretty quickly 😍 Definitely I will go back to stay there again deffo!

Nice location, overpriced a bit. Mediocre breakfast if you are a vegetarian. Our Airconditioning failed and got repaired. That same night there was no electricity. A shame that you cannot use the swimming pool 24hrs. Also breakfast area is full of mosquitoes, that is because it is on an open space.

2nd time here and still hasn’t changed! great for relaxation

A beautiful resort, well placed and superbly managed. Loved the rustic charm of rooms, the sound of waves crashing and the amazing staff who are always there to help you with a smile. The food was great, had a plethora of options and best of all, was the refreshing waterfall near the breakfast area. In short it just felt like home and will be going back there the next time we're in Thailand.

We would love to refund the fees because we didn’t stay here as we reserved for 2 nights but we found out something inconvenient about the next door neighbor,the wall was too thin and we couldn’t take some rest at all,and feel a bit insecure so we decided to leave,but the hotel insisted not to make a refund for us

Except for the giant cockroach found in the room, otherwise would highly recommend this hotel. Nice decor and amenities reminiscent of a much pricier hotel.

The accommodation was excellent, the pool-access room was perfectly designed and maintained and offered an excellent experience during the hot weather. The hotel is perfectly and conveniently located, a short walk to the streets where good restaurants and shops are located. It was a lovely leisure stay. Perhaps the resort could work on bettering customer service, as we were rarely greeted or acknowledged (although my husband and I did) whenever we entered or exited the restaurants (Malila, Cocos) for the whole 7 days. We had to physically approach them in order to get service like ordering food or drinks.

The room has sea view, near the Lobby, we do not need to take hotel shuttle. Good breakfast with good beach view. It is worth for money and will come again.

This place is amazing. Super beautiful location and rooms, very spacious and uniquely decorated and set on a picturesque part of Khaolak’s beachfront. The staff and especially housekeeping were friendly and meticulous. Though it is a large resort, there were several different pools, bars and common areas with more than enough space for guests to feel as though it was never crowded or overwhelming. Older guests and those with mobility issues may have some difficulty as the resort is kind of on a hillside with lots of steps and pathways that may be difficult for some to navigate (though I believe there is a golf cart shuttle service for guests that need it - I did not use it). I liked that there was a small library in the lobby with books to borrow in a variety of languages donated by pasts guests. Would absolutely recommend.

POSITIVE - Cosy and modern rooms - Great location with direct beach access - Many swimming pools NEGATIVE - The restaurant was very average and the service there terrible (unavailable items that got charged on our bill; starters and main served at the same time; one person's main got served very late after our dessert order and then charged before we complained). We were expecting some decent restaurant for a 5 stars in Khao Lak but that was unfortunately not the case. - Front Office Team wasn't much synchronized. We had a continue booking that we mentioned upon check-in. Unfortunately, we got a morning call at 11:00 to empty the room even we had a prepaid additional night. Not very pleasant as we had to walk up the hill again to get new keys instead of having someone delivering them directly.

It’s such a rare find! It’s beautiful and tasteful hotel. The only thing I could point my fingers on is the pillow. It’s a bit too old. Can be replaced.
