酒店離高山站20分鐘車程，可以提前請攜程客服通過代理聯繫酒店到高山站來接，但下午每小時一班車，最晚一班是1630，再晚需要自己到酒店。其實是離飛驒一之宮站最近衹有4.1km開車五分鐘，我們錯過了前面的巴士，JR也延遲了，到一之宮的時候都晚上七點過了，那個站非常小裏面啥也沒有人也沒有，就給酒店打電話請他們過來接的，態度非常好也很熱情，員工簡單英文溝通沒問題，儘管晚了很多但也有給我們準備晚飯。房間很大看起來蠻新的，保暖設備都很到位，每個房間晚上預留了一個小時的私湯，其他時段是男女湯分開的。晚餐懷石料理還不錯，早餐感覺一般但也很飽。非常非常喜歡大堂的圍爐，泡完湯去坐一會兒真是太舒服了。

The hotel is large and spacious, with three interconnected buildings featuring an onsen, or hot spring, on the sixth floor.
The breakfast room's capacity is somewhat limited; we were seated on the third floor, a ballroom repurposed for breakfast, while the typical restaurant is on the second floor. Although the food is the same, the third-floor location lacks the ambiance and view of the second floor. While I understand that the hotel has many guests during peak hours, allowing guests to choose their seating would be preferable. We are not in a rush and are willing to wait; Japanese guests tend to eat quickly anyway.
The room and hot spring were satisfactory, though unremarkable.
The hotel's location is not convenient to the train station. If you are traveling by train, this should be considered, even though a shuttle bus runs hourly.

This is a popular hotel in Takayama, welcoming many domestic and foreign visitors. There is ample parking space, but you have to pay ¥800 for parking overnight. The breakfast buffet can be added on for ¥1000 per person. The staff at front desk spoke good English. There was a welcome drink coupon which you could use it for beer or a soft drink at the bar, which is totally self-service.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, comes with a shower and nice equipment. The onsen is located on the top floor, and for the private onsen it is on a first come first serve basis, you just need to lock it and enjoy the facility. It is family friendly, and visitors can help themselves to a popsicle after having a bath. Amenities such as combs, soap, shampoo, bath robes are provided, you can take it at the lobby.

This is a very good hotel for a road trip tourists. There is a big parking lot but it’s not free. There are 3 shops (clothes, shoes and sundries) just opposite to the hotel and a souvenir shop on the ground floor of the hotel; definitely good and convenient for shopping. By the way, some grocery stores nearby as well. Both indoor and outdoor onsens are good!

This hotel exceeded our expectation! It is very near the Nohi Bus station and the JR Takayama station (3-5 min walk). Although we just stayed overnight, we had a memorable experience in Takayama Ouan. The hotel has a lot of freebies for their guests. They have a booth in the lobby where guests can get free brewed coffee, hot tea, and green lemon iced tea. They also provide free socks since the hotel have tatami flooring. What we also loved about this hotel is the onsen (separate public onsen for male and female, and 3 private onsen). They also have a freezer where guests can get free iced cream after bathing. During past 9 pm, they also have free ramen for their guests. The room is spacious, and the view from our window is also nice (the roads and establishments covered with snow). Aside from the free stuff and great amenities, we also appreciate the kind and friendly staff members. We accidentally lost the luggage claim tag (and we are willing to pay for it) but they didn't charge us anything.
When we go back to Takayama, we will definitely stay here again.

Super convenient, the hotel is located two
minute walk from Takayama station on the way it is fully covered so there’s no worry during a snowstorm like when I was there. Service was also amazing staff met the guest with a smile and when I didn’t have an umbrella, I was offered umbrellas for loan straightaway for free. The hotel also has its own Onsen and it was very convenient to see it crowdedness through the TV in your own room. There’s also a rest area where you can enjoy the view of Takayama from the top of the building and a foot spa for those who can’t do the full body hot spring which is very good for people.

Our family of 4 loved our stay here during April 2024. The owners are very welcoming into their home and they go to a lot of effort to make our stay happy and comfortable.
A traditional Japanese Breakfast meal is provided. The food is delicious and plentiful.
Sleeping is Japanese style on tatami mats and comfortable futon mattresses. The rooms and beds are warm and cosy, even when it is cold outside.
The bathrooms are clean and modern, and the hot bath was a very welcome relief from the days of walking.
The location is very convenient with a 1 minute walk to the Miyagawa morning markets and other interesting locations. The house is an easy 15 minute walk to Takayama station.
Highly recommend. We loved our stay here!

UUtente ospiteStayed there with as a family of 3. While I really wanted to like the ryokan due to the warm service and great feedback from friends, my own experience was a bit disappointing. We have stayed in many traditional ryokans prior to this and were familiar with the setup. We are appreciative with the warm service and sincere touches; like candies at check in, but the ryokan itself is really quite old and in need of a refresh.
Our room is tucked away in a corner and required us to go down a small flight of stairs to reach. I am not sure if the location meant that is a bit colder than the rest of the rooms but we really did feel cold and the heating was inadequate. The in built heater would also stop and beep in the middle of the night, which led 2 of us falling sick at the start of the trip. We requested for a additional small heater which helped a bit. Second night, our 9yo son also got many mysterious bites all over his leg. He claimed to have seen a bug crawl under the tatami mat but we were not certain and therefore did not feedback to the ryokan as we only had one more remaining night to go. We had only stayed 1 night in nagoya's marriott associa hotel prior to our ryokan visit, and his skin improved after we left Takayama, leading us to think that it might have been the stay there.

LLeon FokThe apartment is conveniently located near the train station, which provides easy access to public transportation. While the surrounding neighborhood is pleasantly quiet, it is still very convenient, with restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. The spacious balcony offers lovely views and is a wonderful feature, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. Overall, this is an excellent value and I would highly recommend it based on the location, amenities, and beautiful balcony view.

JJohnWe tried to book this lesser known hotel in the area and guess what, we were glad we did got the opportunity to stay in this lovely hotel. The staff was kind and sincere even though they tried their best to speak converse with us in english. The room we stayed in was those like ryokan kind with a toilet in it. Shower area are shared among other guests which is linked to a shared indoor and outdoor onsen areas as well. They have a private onsen as well which you do not need to book, just need to lock the door outside to inform people that you're using it.
The best part of this experience is that we opted for dinner and breakfast and we were just blown away especially the dinner course menu. They provided like 10 different type of dishes for you to taste which includes the iconic hida beef as well!
Everything for one night is so affordable around SGD $200+ which is definitely worth it!

BBeedawnI recently had the pleasure of staying at Tabino Hotel while exploring Shirakawago, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel is ideally located, making it easy to access the stunning village and its famous thatched-roof houses.
What truly impressed me were the many free amenities offered, from the on-site hot springs to complimentary snacks and beverages. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and plentiful, with a great selection of both local and international dishes. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re visiting Shirakawago, I highly recommend Tabino Hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Molto bello hotel. Ci siamo fermati in una stanza giapponese.
Non abbiamo cenato in hotel e dobbiamo uscire quando fanno il letto per la sera. Ci hanno detto di rimanere in camera ma ci siamo sentiti in viaggio. Erano molto efficienti e è stato fatto in meno di 15 minuti. L'hotel era piccolo e ci erano 2 ali diverse. È un po' difficile prendere 2 ascensori differenti per andare a cena/bagno. Il divano frontale era serio ma non parlava inglese.
I bagni all'aperto erano davvero carini. Devi prendere un piccolo ascensore inclinato a cabina che si opera da solo per arrivare lì. Altrimenti un corto salto/ scale.
La colazione era splendida e una delle migliori che abbiamo vissuto durante il viaggio, gli ingredienti erano freschi e le porzioni erano solo belle.

DDuboisTristanQuesto posto era assolutamente fantastico! A lontano il nostro posto preferito da tutta la nostra gita. La posizione era assolutamente perfetta per il festival Takyama. Siamo stati letteralmente li', con negozi e venditori di strade a 50 metri di distanza, e le parate sarebbero state li' anche se non fossero cancellate a causa della pioggia. Le camere erano umili e tradizionali e si aggiungevano all'esperienza. Il tè nella stanza era eccezionalmente buono e il tradizionale colazione giapponese che servivano era anche delizioso e divertente da mangiare. Non sapevamo nemmeno che avessero una legittima primavera calda sul sito, ma lo hanno fatto! Sono bagni di stile giapponese, quindi siate pronti a farlo, ma l'acqua era terapeutica e così rilassante. Non posso raccomandare questo posto abbastanza e farei assolutamente un punto di visitare Takyama e rimanere qui per qualche giorno nel nostro prossimo viaggio in Giappone. Sono stati un ospedale così bello.E non posso credere il prezzo, che grande valore. Fatevi un favore e restate qui. Non sono sicuro perché le altre cattive recensioni sono qui, li ho letti e sembrano i turisti americani stupidi, quindi ignorateli e restate qui.
