Had a great stay at this hotel. As always, Ibis Hotels provide good service and excellent cleanliness. The hotel is also situated in a good location near Mao Ye mall.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling commercial district close to the airport and high-speed rail station. The breakfast selection offered at the hotel was both varied and delicious. I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the young lady who assisted me with the check-in process; she is very kind, professional, and efficient. One minor suggestion is regarding the bathroom door. While the partially etched glass door is not necessarily a problem, a frosted glass door would provide more privacy for guests. Overall, I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Nice hotel very well located

Would never stay here again. At first they turned my friend and I away saying they don’t accept foreigners, even though we’d booked them in advance and paid. They wanted us to cancel the reservations. We had to have a friend and trip.com call and they finally agreed to let us stay. We are foreigners that haven’t been out of China and are vaccinated. Pure discrimination.

The location was perfect! The room was very nice, the bed extremely comfortable! But for non-Chinese travelers make sure they will let you stay. It seems the capital of Shanxi Province still has an extremely small town mentality when it comes to dealing with us. After getting my assistant to talk to them (complain) about the unfair treatment from an international hotel chain they relented and let me stay the night.

酒店在茂業旁邊，地理位置是毋庸置疑的。酒店管理也很正規，前台服務意識比較強。對於電梯門禁建議重新使用起來，讓客人更加具有私密性，而不是進去按到哪層都能隨便上去，如果衹是單純因為外賣小哥為給客人送餐方便的話，可以增加一個送貨機器人。很值得推薦的一家店，已測評，最後祝酒店生意越來越好～

衞生：挺乾淨，打掃的也好 設施：我很滿意這個酒店，該有的都有沒有華而不實的，簡潔簡便，雖然是臨街房間但是關上窗子也很安靜，床品也很舒服 環境：一街之隔就是茂業購物中心，周邊便利店一邊一個，各種商店齊全 服務：前台專業禮貌，早餐還可以 如果茂業這邊掉頭堵車，可以選擇在星巴克打車上下也很方便，總之我很滿意這次選的酒店

酒店位置處於中心地段，能俯瞰最繁華城市的夜景，且停車場較大，方便停車，一進入酒店大廳寬敞明亮，整潔乾淨，給人一種環境優美，高大上的感覺，穿過整個走廊，進入房間，空氣清新，淡淡的薰衣草味道沁人心脾，使人心情舒暢，整個房間大氣，物品擺放整齊，設施設備齊全，服務周到熱情，

好停車，小區裏面停車也安全，過年沒有早餐 給了麪包什麼的。 服務人員還是很熱情的，還幫着引導者停車，美中不足的是被褥不是特別乾淨。

每次來了都會住這裏，出門就是茂業，乾淨衞生，環境温馨，服務熱情，入住方便快捷，而且有停車場非常方便。

還行，離我上課的地方挺近的，前台也熱情，出來進去的總是打招呼，房間不大，淋浴房往外漏水，洗澡出來一地的水，站都沒地站，其他也沒什麼好點評的了，200多一晚，能睡～早餐還不錯，挺好的
