Great choices of service from the staff even thought is a buffet style, the staff always approach us and recommend their local products for us to try. Definitely will come to stay again next time!!! 🥰🥰

Kindness Hotel at Taitung is a good choice for families. There is free washing machines and dryers for use. Great food for supper and breakfast.

臨時決定的旅程 到當地才決定住宿 一直聽說康橋商旅不錯 這次就來試看看
房間整體不錯 對得起房價 消夜沒使用到 無法給意見
早餐 屬於中式餐點 吃得飽 沒問題 服務人員熱情親切 離開時還在電梯口鞠躬送客 跟日式百貨 一樣 讓我有些不習慣
床對我來說 太軟 1 硬~ 10 軟 我會給 10分 不知道預訂時能選擇床墊的軟硬嗎 ???

飲食方面，飯店可提供早晚餐；餐廳在旅店二樓，有提供飲品（包含：洛神花茶/可可/咖啡）跟食物（早餐有中式的餐點跟西式的吐司可供選擇），飯店一樓有限時供應下午茶（冰淇淋&餅乾）。
客房方面，家庭房部分有乾濕分離，馬桶也有免治功能。
交通機能部分，附近有便利商店，飯店後方也有停車場可供使用。

服務人員親切、飯店免費提供各式餅乾及咖啡、飲料、冰淇淋等下午點心，還有提供能吃飽的晚點；自助早餐也不馬虎，非常推薦。
每個房間門都有加一道玻璃門提高隔音效果，非常用心。
唯一可惜的是房間木地板太滑，若能想辦法改善就會讓入住體驗更好了～

第一次入住台東館兩天，因地理位置界於火車站跟轉運站一半路之間，對於我們坐火車旅遊的人有點吃力，公車距離有點遠得配合計程車才能趕上台灣好行，還好櫃台人員解說導引服務很好，我們常進住康橋都很棒，早餐宵夜種類幾乎都類似，就像芋頭粥每家都有但煮的味道就因廚師不同味道也不同，台東館的芋頭粥有待加強，愛玉檸檬就不錯吃就算不如預期也能吃飽，特別餐廳服務生會送客電梯前，貼心問候還是很加分。

我們入住台東康橋飯店，房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，讓人感到放鬆。早餐選擇豐富美味，種類多樣，宵夜也十分可口，讓人吃得滿足。服務人員親切熱情，整體住宿體驗非常愉快，會推薦給親友。

早餐，宵夜，點心，還有自助洗衣吃完宵夜，騎腳踏車逛臺市區很滿意當天又被升等4人房，住宿cp值高，下次還會再訂！
