Hotel in zona Yingfeng Riverside Park, Taipei

Hotel location is bit far from the downtown, but it was convenient for the business conference that I attended for the trip. Additionally, it was closer to the National Palace Museum, that I wanted to visit. Overall, location is clean, convenient and quiet. The service is fine, some of the hotel employees don't speak English, but they will find a way around by bringing someone who speaks in English. The only downside would be canceling the deposit on the room, which locks some amount of money from my account for few days, even after checking out and make sure everything is fine with their frontdesk.

Era un membro dello staff molto grato. Tuttavia, non ci sono segnali sulla strada per la piscina o l'ubicazione dello spogliatoio o del minimarket. Il personale delle pulizie è molto gentile e si prende cura di molti dettagli di rifinitura! Il materasso e la biancheria da letto sono molto comodi e l'acqua del rubinetto è forte e la temperatura dell'acqua è sufficiente. Il prezzo è molto alto a Taipei CP, molto spinto!

Very modern , clean ,comfortable too sleep and stay in as well. The staffs is very professional as well. Very easy to check in and hotel in near to mrt. Only downside is a bit small . Other than that very comfortable and give you your personal space

The hotel’s location was very good. There were many shops nearby the hotel. The room was very big and spacious. The hotel employees were very kind. For the most past the guest room was very clean and organized. Though, a part of the bedsheet had a couple of dried spots on it. Before the check-in for a new hotel guest it should have been properly changed. To be eco-friendly is a good thing but overall cleanliness should still be maintained. Since, there was only one guest staying in the room, it was all right in that you can use a pillow to cover the spots. Although, I do wonder about the overall cleanliness of the bed. I had bites on my hands. Not sure if they were from bed bugs or what not.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. It's a typhoon day in Taiwan, all shops are closed, super windy that day. No choice but nowhere to go. Front desks are very accommodating, since last minute I did a room, and a lot of cancel room thats why I was able to get one, due to the said typhoon. Big room, huge beds, and a sort of mini dining table. Basically, it's so spacious. Corridors are big, and the design of the hallway overlooking the dining area is nice. But better with good signs of the room designation, if not, you might get lost. The hotel is very convenient with a convenient store beside it. MRT, Arena, shopping mall is just right the corner. Recommend for next stay. 我们在这里住了几晚。刚好入住时台风天，所有商店都关门了，那天风超大，别无选择，无处可去，住能留在饭店。 前台小姐非常热情，因为我临时多订了一间房，而且有很多人取消了房间，所以我才能订到，因为台风，不然爆满刚好当天‘’大明星开演唱会‘’’ 房间很大，床也很大，还有一张迷你餐桌。基本上，房间很宽敞。走廊很大，设计也很好，但美中稍有不足，最好走廊能有好的房间指示牌，不然你可能会迷路。 酒店非常方便，旁边有便利店。捷运、Arena、购物中心就在拐角处。 总言，饭店不错，值得再来住。

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room is clean and nicely decorated, the quality of the slippers are particularly nice. Really enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel is very new, they offer complimentary minibar, i love their happy hour program which is 5-6pm daily, u can enjoy free wine/ sake, every day is different, I love it. But i still want to complain about the soundproofing of the room, i wake up everyday because of housekeeping make up rooms (Of course this is nothing to do with the housekeeper, they are just doing their jobs). Also, the room is kind of bright in the morning, they are definitely not blackout curtain.

ArTree is in the perfect location to get around. There are many restaurants and local food, street food vendors around the area. It’s close mrt train, bus and taxi services and all of the convenience store nearby. Also it’s close to the Raohe night market.Overall we are very happy with the staying in the ArTree hotel.
