Hotel in zona Yangmingshan National Park, Taipei

Although this hotel was a bit of a mission to get to, the onsen vibe to the hotel was worth it. We had a private onsen as part of our bathroom make up and used it a lot! The location made it easy for walks out into the national parks which we did daily and were rewarded with either an onsen or a small in the massive pool - albeit freezing however it was June! The breakfast has good choice although doesn’t vary daily. Service was good and friendly.

Il resort primavera calda è davvero bello, ci piaceva l'attrattiva primavera calda privata nella stanza, la vista fuori dalla stanza è bella, ci siamo rimasti lì per vedere il sole e godere dello spirito Yangmingshan, rimarrà la prossima volta con la famiglia per certo!

Very nice environment despite a little far away from central of town. The Japanese style has an outdoor hot spring bath tub which is a plus of our stay. It will be better to offer a couple more choices of restaurants since during our stay there was only one place for dining

Don't expect too much the room with 'window' as it's blocked by a building that you basically can't tell the weather or day and night outside the room. The shower is very weird and installed low as your knee. Found lots of hair in the bathroom which belonged to the previous vistors

great location，yet away from the crowd. Don’t get fooled by the appearance of the building. The only down side is that most of the rooms don’t have windows, like any other hotels nested in residential/business building

I would recommend to anyone staying in Taipei! The staff is very helpful. Excellent customer service. Loved my room and although I didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities (bar, dining, gym) they looked amazing. The view from the 13th floor is beautiful. The location of the hotel is close to the MRT station and a lot of food and shopping! Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which offered a warm, inviting atmosphere with its pleasant lighting and comfortable spaces. The check-in process was smooth and efficient thanks to Karen, who was professional and welcoming. The lobby layout can be more intuitive.The check-in counter are somewhat tucked away at a corner, making it unclear at first where to go. Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her attentiveness, cheerful demeanor, and genuine care for guests’ comfort made my experience truly enjoyable. The room is spacious and clean. I just don’t like that the hot water takes ages to heat up—it’s such a waste of water. Overall, this was a great stay, largely thanks to staff like Kimberly who make guests feel valued. With slight improvements in lobby signage and faster hot water in the rooms, this hotel would be outstanding. I would gladly return and recommend it to others.

L'hotel è molto piccolo, ma è centralmente situato, conveniente e facile da navigare. Il personale è senza dubbio gentile e gentile, facendo sempre il meglio per ospitare gli ospiti. For the price you pay, it is definitely good enough!  Check in and check out was very smooth and the employee informed well what my room includes and reminds of breakfast options.   They help to hold luggage after you check out. The room itself has this ramp in the room and the ledge into the bathroom is huge so I stubbed my toe a couple times and it was painful.   It was one of my first times getting a room with no window and it definitely makes a difference to a stay to not have sunlight in morning, so if that matters to you, don’t come here.   I chose this as I just needed a place to shower and rest before a flight.  The wall paper was worn down.    Amenities in mini bar was complimentary which is a nice gesture.  For a one night stay, i didn’t need to go out to buy water as i had 2 bottles provided.   Large enough space to open luggage and still have walking space, and it felt like it was a king size bed (or 2 doubles together).  Aircon works well.  Ideal location on blue line to get to Taipei Main station to take to Taoyuan airport and one of my favourite dumpling restaurants downstairs (Lin’s steamed dumplings).
