Hotel in zona Beitou Hot Spring Area, Taipei

Il servizio, il cibo, la vasca termale erano eccellenti e il personale era molto attento. L'unica cosa che avrei voluto fosse migliore sono le prese a cui collegare il mio telefono. Non siamo riusciti a trovarne uno nella camera da letto/alloggio (tatami giapponese). Quindi assicurati di portare un caricabatterie portatile se non vuoi stare lontano dal tuo telefono. Un altro consiglio sarebbe più di una delizia se fornissero una maschera per il viso e indumenti da notte. Il motivo per cui suggerirei questo è perché un altro loro hotel concorrente ha fornito articoli da toeletta molto premurosi per le donne e penso che sia stato un ENORME vantaggio per me considerando che abbiamo speso un sacco di soldi per una notte. Ad ogni modo, nel complesso la villa 32 è fantastica se vuoi solo passare qualche ora a rilassarti.

La camera è molto spaziosa con stile giapponese di sede di chit chat. La primavera calda privata all'interno della stanza è fredda, così come la primavera calda pubblica all'aperto è un'esperienza diversa. Prendete atto di portare il vostro costume da nuoto per entrare nel pubblico esterno.Le strutture dell'hotel sono belle e pulite. Non c'è molto da fare per cena all'hotel, perché ci sono solo 1 ristorante giapponese che serve il cibo. Il cibo è leggermente sul lato alto, ma il gusto è delizioso. La zona di colazione è decente con molte varietà di cibo. Vicino a questo hotel, c'è un negozio di comodità che richiede circa 15 minuti a piedi in collina e è piuttosto buio soprattutto di notte. Buon per rimanere per godere la primavera calda e per la pancia.

Quite an enjoyable stay other than a few hiccups. The hotel is not visible from Xin Beitou Station. First look out for Kentucky and follow it's direction, then check for Starbucks (Guangming branch), then 300m ahead, you will see this hotel. There are many routes near Station so was quite confusing. The hotel room is clean, bed is comfy with very good back support for me, provided 4 pillows which is wonderful. The room I was assigned to was a little noisy as it faces the main road. The sound proof was not too good for that room and periodically could hear water flushing sound. We managed to change to another room upon request. Hotel front desk customer service representatives were very friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel provides bottled drinking water and snacks (surprisingly it is tasty). Our in-room private onsen was satisfying. It's good for one person (big sized 🤣), water supply was strong and hot enough. Could adjust the hotness. Very comfortable. I like the fragrance of their shampoo and bodywash. It has warm toilet seat, very comfortable in the morning and during winter. Minus point is : washroom does not have enough railings to hang clothings so got to put on the washing basin side table which I don't like (just my personal preference). The bedside does not have any power socket so it is very inconvenient for phone charging at night. We forgot to bring our international adapter this round and we could borrow from the reception. WIFI in room is great! Location of hotel is moderate walk to Beitou Hotspring Museum, Green Museum and Thermal Valley. Surroundings has numerous eateries and cafe. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Quite a lot of variety to choose from. It is an old building with some parts probably unable to refurbish well. The in-door public onsen (lady) has a few pools, hot and cold, steam/sauna room. One of the pools has jacuzzi so I enjoyed the most in this pool. I visited in the late evening, so it was quiet with less than 10 pax in the facility.

I recently stayed at the Beitou Hot Spring Resort in Taipei and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The facilities are outstanding, especially the sauna and hot spring baths, which provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. The sauna was well-maintained and offered a soothing atmosphere, while the hot spring baths were a true highlight, with clean, rejuvenating water that felt amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Overall, my stay at Beitou Hot Spring Resort exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to enjoy luxurious amenities and a relaxing atmosphere in Taipei!

La stanza è abbastanza grande e pulita. Il servizio è buono. Molto comodo. I dipendenti sono gentili e amichevoli Quando non sono arrivati abbastanza, i dipendenti cercano di preparare la stanza per farmi stare in anticipo. Anche l'allenamento all'hotel è buono

For the price paid for the stay, I would expect a higher level of service. Upon arrival at the resort, there was no one to assist to carry the luggages. Check out time is earlier than most hotel at 11AM. Any extension requires additional money. Food standards at the Chinese restaurant had dropped . Breakfast variety had not been as good as before.

It's a hotel that I'll go back again when I'm visiting Taiwan for family trip.  There's regret in me for unable to spend more time in the hotel.  Room : Spacious, very vintage decoration which I like it a lot. Clean Service : Friendly staff, I think the family runs this hotel. It gives me the vibe of a traditional Japanese Hotel when I travelled in Japan.  Plus point, which is the main reason why do I book this hotel : It comes with private hot spring in the room!!  but one thing to take note, there's no lift in the hotel, so you gonna walk up the stairs with your luggage. but that doesn't bother me much.

Un luogo perfetto se si desidera la pace con un ambiente caldo di primavera. L'hotel offre trasporto tra l'hotel e la stazione ferroviaria, come è lontano e camminando in alto. Mi piace la pace e il mio bagno caldo di primavera privato. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa con tutte le attrezzature necessarie.

Le strutture sono leggermente vecchie ma adeguatamente mantenute. Il disavanzo è lontano dalla strada principale e non c'è parcheggio, perché è un viaggio normale, quindi è un posto per fermare la porta e tornare a cena dopo aver lasciato il bagaglio.Valutazione globale da 3.5-4 stelle
