Hotel in zona Songshan Cultural & Creative Park, Taipei

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Perfect location right in the center of Taipei, and very convenient for going to a CPBL game at the Taipei Dome right across the street. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and I was wow'd by the welcome experience and cleanliness of the lobby, especially compared to hotels in Tainan and Kaohsiung. The room was large, clean, modern, had lots of helpful appliances (e.g. fan, air humidifier, etc.) that helped amplify the experience. I felt very comfortable and I did not want to leave! I will certainly be returning to United Hotel Taipei in the future. Xiè xie!

Absolutely perfect in every sense. The rooms are well appointed, luxurious and spotless with the best air conditioning system and the biggest bathtub and bathrooms. The mini fridge and snacks are complementary and replenished everyday. The breakfast team is great and remembers where we like to sit. The staff are super polite and eager to help. Eslite stay as you are and don’t change. You have stolen my heart and I will yearn to return next time I visit Taipei.

Well organised hotel to cater for my family needs. Bfast was impressive and a few minute walks to breeze nearby with malls and fine dining restaurants. 6 star massage place which is also nearby and recommend to chill especially after a long walk at Taipei zoo

A very comfortable and convenient hotel. The staff is very friendly. I think it's a gem among hotels. It has a great atmosphere, a large lobby, and space to chat with people. We felt like we were back 50 years ago, but in a positive way. The breakfast was very good, and the short walk to a nearby restaurant wasn't a problem. I recommend it. If I'm ever in Taipei again, I'll definitely be back.

La mia famiglia è rimasta per 3 giorni e 2 notti, Via Hotel Zhongxiao è molto più amata di quanto pensasse la mia famiglia. La localizzazione, la pulizia, il servizio e le strutture sono state tutte soddisfacenti. In primo luogo, l'edificio stesso sembra vecchio e il primo piano si sente un po' confuso.. E che cosa è l'hotel situato sul terzo piano? .... ma ... Quando si arriva all'hotel sul terzo piano, l'hotel stesso è pulito e il personale è molto amichevole. La nostra camera, designata come una camera familiare, era al quarto piano.Wow~~~ Era un po' deludente perché non c'era una finestra, ma la deludenza era spaziale, pulita, e il bagno e il bagno con buona pressione idrica erano soddisfacenti. Abbiamo aspettato colazione perché era una tassa compresa colazione.. ㅎㅎㅎ Questo hotel non ha un ristorante, quindi sembra stia affittando ristoranti e dando cibo. La colazione al caffè vicino era buona per un pasto semplice e delizioso, come sandwich e caffè hamburger.La mia famiglia era un buon colazione. La mia famiglia ha avuto un piacevole viaggio e è tornata a casa in sicurezza.

I would recommend to anyone staying in Taipei! The staff is very helpful. Excellent customer service. Loved my room and although I didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities (bar, dining, gym) they looked amazing. The view from the 13th floor is beautiful. The location of the hotel is close to the MRT station and a lot of food and shopping! Will definitely be back!

Situazione fantastica con accesso a piedi alla metropolitana, cibo locale e magazzino di dipartimento. Se c'è un commento da fare, probabilmente la prova sonora può essere migliorata.

Convenient location, walkable to malls and shopping streets and many food options around. Note that hotel doesn’t have a lobby, check-in counter is at level 5 where the hotel bar is also located. No room service too; got to use Ubereats if you want to have food delivered to the hotel.

Amazing location right in the heart of Taipei. MRT (Subway) right outside the entrance. Starbucks across the road and MacDonalds just down around the corner. The team up there are so inviting and they allow early luggage drop off before 3pm. This allows you to go and explore without worrying about taking the luggage everywhere. Due to being right up the top 2 floors you have such beautiful views of Taipei day and night. Smokers area just around the corner from reception.

For the price you pay, it is definitely good enough!  Check in and check out was very smooth and the employee informed well what my room includes and reminds of breakfast options.   They help to hold luggage after you check out. The room itself has this ramp in the room and the ledge into the bathroom is huge so I stubbed my toe a couple times and it was painful.   It was one of my first times getting a room with no window and it definitely makes a difference to a stay to not have sunlight in morning, so if that matters to you, don’t come here.   I chose this as I just needed a place to shower and rest before a flight.  The wall paper was worn down.    Amenities in mini bar was complimentary which is a nice gesture.  For a one night stay, i didn’t need to go out to buy water as i had 2 bottles provided.   Large enough space to open luggage and still have walking space, and it felt like it was a king size bed (or 2 doubles together).  Aircon works well.  Ideal location on blue line to get to Taipei Main station to take to Taoyuan airport and one of my favourite dumpling restaurants downstairs (Lin’s steamed dumplings).
