Hotel in zona Songshan Cultural & Creative Park, Taipei

The service apartment is super good and beyond my expectations, definitely will go back when I visit Taipei again! Room is super clean and spacious, near mrt and Xinyi district. Carpark is only the minus point because it did not has its own carpark which inconvenienced for us during those few days we need park our car to nearby carparks. Overall still 5 stars!

all good except one of the rooms, the bathroom and the lobby/elevator often reeked of the sewage smell.

The things that can be improved include a. Service at the restaurant can be quite hostile and when asked for a spoon, the staff asked us to take it from the buffet line instead. b. The location hardly has any taxi and you need to talk abit before you reach the main road to reach more taxis. c. The bathroom did not provide bath salt but this is trivial matter. Other than that, I must say it is a pleasant stay and recept service is commendable.

우리 가족이 2박 3일 머문 Via Hotel Zhongxiao 은 우리 가족이 생각 했던 것 보다 무척 이나 마음에 들었다. 위치, 청소 상태, 서비스, 시설 모두 만족 했다. 처음에는 건물 자체가 오래 된 듯하고 1층이 좀 지저분한 느낌.. 그리고 호텔이 3층에 위치해 있어서 뭐지?....했지만.. 3층 호텔에 올라가면 호텔 자체는 깨끗하게 청소 되어 있고 직원들이 너무 너무 친절하셨다. 패밀리룸으로 지정 받은 우리 방은 4층 와우~~~ 창문이 없어 조금 아쉬웠지만, 그 아쉬움을 넓고 깨끗하고 수압 좋은 화장실과 욕실이 만족함을 주었다. 우리는 조식을 포함한 요금 이여서 아침 식사를 기대 했는데..ㅎㅎㅎ 이 호텔은 식당이 없어서 주변 카페..식당들과 계약을 하고 식사를 주는 듯 했다. 주변 카페의 아침 식사로 샌드위치와 햄버거 커피 등 간단하게 맛있게 먹기 좋았다. 우리 가족은 만족스러운 아침 식사였다. 우리 가족은 즐거운 여행을 하고 무사히 귀국했다.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. One particular situation I would like to thank and point out is upon my arrival to the hotel. I was given a room which had a funny sound that occur periodically. I called the lady who assisted me in the check-in process and pointed out this problem. Without much hesitation, I was given another room of the same grade immediately.

This is our 2nd stay with Episode Daan and it wouldn't be our last. We first booked the hotel for its attractive price point and Taipei 101 views but beyond this, the hotel exudes a stylish feel with plenty of personalised touches. We appreciate the stylish energy and vibes of its lobby and the retro-modern yet cosy wood tones of its rooms. Not to mention the extra warm guest services team, who display a genuine desire to provide us with the best hospitality, including taking any minor feedback seriously the first time round and making us feel welcomed as returning guests, complete with a personal thank you note from their chief officer, welcome treats and a luxurious room with city view sunken bath to enjoy in the winter. While it may not have a pool and our stays are too short to peruse the gym, other extras that put Episode top in our Taipei stay list: 5-min walk from Zhaongxiao Fuxing Blue Line Exit 2 SOGO, a great coffee place and steakhouse at ground floor, Family Marts nearby, Zhongxiao Dunhua and Taipei 101 shopping stops away. If you are a foodie, Daan is also an amazing restaurant neighbourhood. In short, you can't go wrong with Episode Daan Taipei. Hope to be back again soon next year.

È più come un ostello che un hotel. È all'interno di un edificio commerciale, occupato un intero piano. La pulizia dei letti può essere migliorata. Ma considerando il prezzo di una stanza durante la stagione di picco, buona affidamento.

- location was good, but if you want reach the hotel via the nearest MRT exit (exit 11), you'll need to climb some long stairs - food was average and simple (don't have high expectations) - Room was avarage if you are not fussy. Aircon is centralized, so it's always at pretty warm in the room. Vent was dusty. The bathtub was leaking so the bathroom floor was always wet after a shower. - Internet & wifi was bad, we feedback to the hotel staff but was not helpful at all. They just asked us to connect to other wifi, which also had bad connections - Hotel staff was not friendly

Les Suites is a quaint boutique hotel in the heart of Taipei, with immaculate service and a phenomenal location within walking distance of major subway lines. The breakfast is hearty and nutritious—for example, the orange juice is fresh squeezed. The coffee—Americana or espresso—is superb. Rooms are a bit on the small size, but so is the price!!

In generale, la camera è pulita, il servizio è buono, la posizione è strategica con accesso diretto al trasporto pubblico. Il servizio può essere migliorato quando inizialmente hanno assegnato una dimensione standard di camera dotata di un letto matrimoniale superiore a noi che hanno prenotato una camera matrimoniale superiore. Sfortunatamente dobbiamo rimanere una notte nella camera assegnata prima di passare alla stanza prevista. Le foto qui sotto sono la camera assegnata inizialmente dove è diversa dalle foto mostrate su Trip.com per camera doppia superiore. In generale, è ancora un buon hotel.
