需要靠線上系統check in及Line溝通，如果對科技操作不熟悉的人不推薦。另外，只有連住第四天起，才提供清潔服務，建議連住的旅客，拆單預訂，一訂單只訂一天。讓他們每天都來打掃，很不懂他們的邏輯，費用沒減少，只想著節省成本，服務精神不推薦。

Bokking in is not possible until 3pm on the first day of your booking. We are instructed to call the day before but nobody replies. There is no reception. Very poor service. From the road it is just a doorway. The photo displayed by Trip is isleading. I suggest you cancel this hotel from yoru list. I have stayed in hundreds around the world and this is the worst in so many ways. You never meet a human and telephobe contact is abrupt and impolite.

the location was great as its near restaurants and MRT very accesible. we just have concern about the airconditioner as it only works at night

No clear sign board on the hotel. No front desk in the hotel. You need to contact via Line to do self check in.

For me, the accommodation was very good because it was affordable, close to the train station, and there were many restaurants. You can sometimes hear the trains. On my check-in day, I had to wait quite a while for the owner to bring the key card to turn on the electricity in the room, but overall, I was still okay.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the room had a strong smell of smoke. When I informed the staff, they didn’t offer much help and only suggested using an air freshener. Since the hotel was fully booked and there were no spare rooms, I had to stay in the same room and sleep with the smell for the entire stay.
