È vecchio e piccolo. Ovviamente non ci sono finestre, ma l'introduzione di Ctrip diceva "ci sono tende". Ho chiesto alla reception dell'hotel se potevo rimborsare, ma la risposta è stata che non potevo rimborsare. Hanno anche detto che non c'era accordo con Ctrip.Probabilmente era un hotel distribuito da altre piattaforme e Ctrip. A parte i comodi trasporti, non c'è niente che valga la pena consigliare

Ci sono calzini nella stanza🐜🐜🐜🐜🐜 Cuscini e letto sono scomodi L'aria condizionata non può essere regolata autonomamente La trapunta è molto spessa Fa troppo caldo se è coperto e si congela se non lo copri. Brutta esperienza Ma la posizione è comoda e l'atteggiamento dei camerieri è buono

This is my second time to stay in this hotel and everything is good as usual. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worst stay ever.... came back on the first night after a long day of outing and found out that there was no water when we wanted to shower... called the reception and they said there was something wrong with the water tank?? Which they could only get it fixed in 3 hours. They provided us with bottled water so that we could shower with that. Haha felt like I was back in army with the cold water, but privileged to be showering with precious bottled water. The room smells damp and there is mold at the corners of the carpeted floor as well as old moldy wood smell in the cabinets. Please book this hotel only if you dont mind staying in what felt like a furnace because I had to live with that the WHOLE 5-nights stay. Feedbacked multiple times and they mentioned it was "中央空调", which means "centralised aircon", and there was nothing they could do. Fair enough, they provided a standing fan, that helped to circulate the hot air in the room internally by like 1%, not bad. I mean it IS the first time I had to use a fan in a hotel... understand that it is a 3-star hotel but I've stayed in better 1 or 2 star hotels honestly.. at least their ac was working... I do have videos of my above claims but unfortunately Trip doesn't allow me to upload videos so.. best of luck for those who still choose to stay! Although I am sorry you've lost me as a customer, but please fix your hotel Wonstar... unless you're really going for.. One Star.

It’s at a prime location. The service is good. The size of the room is great too. However the hotel looks old and not well maintained

大堂經理10分友善，陪伴我們做入住登記的手續，很貼心地幫我們安排了高樓層房間。房間整潔乾淨空間感ok。可以改善的地方是水壓很低，水溫不夠熱

ไปไต้หวันกี่ครั้งก็พักที่นี้ ทุกอย่างดีเหมือนเดิม ห้องสะอาด กว้าง เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ตลาด ximen แต่ที่เพิ่มเติมมาคือตู้ check in - check out สะดวกกว่าเกิมมากๆ ค่ะ

整體酒店前台非常之幫忙可以call的士，而且也可以寄存行李，房間的衛生check in時很好！但有一晚好像沒有吸塵地下有紙巾碎~而且留意要自己攜帶沐浴露洗頭水♡
