Please do some renovations. Carpet and curtains smell bad already too. Location wise perfect!

This is a good oldie hotel for a solo travelers. Because the building is opposite the subway station. You can see it just walking out of the elevator.
The hotel only requires the elevator to come up. with a kind aunty reception that she will can help you (She can a little bit to speak English but you can understand it)
Inside the room, there is an atmosphere of an oldie style motel. But it's quite okay for me to rest for 1-2 days
*I think Wifi it's not working here it's connected but too slow speed for do the internet things
*TV remote are very hard to understand
*Unlucky for me in the last night I heard a noise from the ceiling(maybe rat or something). That make I can't sleep because The ceiling is very thin.

台北の中心に位置しており、移動にとても便利です。ただビルが老朽化しており、他のホテルと比べると施設は劣っています。しかし、とても良いベッドで寝心地は良好です。ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで気楽に過ごせました。

中山駅4番出口（エスカレーター）前の最高の立地。7階だけがホテルだから、常にエレベーターが空いている。チェックイン時、スタッフが部屋に案内して、設備の説明を日本語でしてくれる。中山地下街を通れば、空港MRTまでも、真っ直ぐ歩くだけ。台北駅はだだっ広く、駅構内で迷子になってしまうことがよくある。駅から数分と書いてあっても地上に出るだけで時間がかかり、出てからもガタガタ道をスーツケースを転がしていたが、今回非常にラクだった。設備は古いが、次も必ず利用したい。

台北MRTで台北から1駅の中山駅4番出口を出たら、すぐにホテル(写真では千慧商旅)見えます。
入った時は中国語で何説明されてるか分からなくて、しかも予約されてないと聞きヒヤヒヤしましたが、スタッフの方が宿泊者一覧探してくれて名前見つかったので安心しました笑
部屋の中は少し古いですが、エアコンも付いていて涼しく、それに加えてテレビや冷蔵庫や扇風機も備え付けてありました。無料の水も2本ついてたので、飲み物買ってなくても安心して過ごせます。
また、部屋の説明書きで大事な部分は日本語表記で書かれていたので非常に助かりました。トイレの中に紙が流せないのを知って、日本とは少し違うんだなと思い知らされました。
全体的な評価としては、アクセスがよく設備も問題なく、日本語が使えない以外は特に不自由なく過ごせたので、ほぼ満点の評価です！

客服有礼貌！及清潔衛生也到位！安静程况因為我是住靠近街！中午可能吵一點！其如房間就不知！個人還可接受cp值ok!

女性ひとり旅でした！ホテルの方はみなさんフレンドリーで、鍵の閉め方が分からないでいるとフロントから出てきて教えてくださったりと丁寧に接してくださいました。
一点、カーテンが閉まっていて窓が空いてたのを２日目まで気づかなかったので、気になる方は確認してみるとよいかもです！
総合的にみても、リーズナブルで素敵なホテルでした(^^)
日本と違い、パジャマはないので持っていきましょう！
