Durante il nostro soggiorno di 6 giorni e 5 notti all'Hotel Relax II, entrando nella nostra camera abbiamo riscontrato una situazione spiacevole. Il bagno era infestato da insetti ed emetteva un cattivo odore dalla fogna. Di conseguenza ci siamo recati tempestivamente alla reception per segnalare il fatto. Sfortunatamente, il personale della reception non ha intrapreso alcuna azione per risolvere il problema, non lasciandoci altra scelta se non quella di gestire il problema da soli.

Hotel is just a 5 mins walk from Taipei main station and there is a family mart just opposite the hotel. The room is clean and the amenities are great! They provide free snacks in the room as well👍🏻 The price paid for the hotel is well worth! All the hotel receptionists are very friendly and helpful with all our enquiries. The restaurant below the hotel is very good as well!

The staff were really polite and the room had everything we needed. The laundry services were very convenient and the hotel provided free detergent and complimentary beers on arrival! Would happily stay there again.

Great hotel except a little expensive. Left a box of moon cakes there and received an email from them. So I emailed back to share with their colleagues . Thank you

The hotel is located in the south side of the Taipei main station which is super convenient. Moreover, it is near the park, museums, MRT, bus station, and bike rental point. The room was totally clean and well equipped with all amenities. I travelled alone and found that the bed for two is extremely comfortable but the room itself is a bit small even with my 26 inches luggage. In case you were 2 PAX with 2 luggage, this will be woefully tight. I love that the hotel has joined the green project and having the free drinking water for guests to fill their bottles without providing new plastic drinking water everyday. Free coffee and tea are also provide for everyone at the lobby. Walking machine are installed in the rear of the lobby as well. It costs you 50 NTD approximately. Something that I'm concerned is that they didn't give any document on your deposit on checking in and refund on checking out. The deposit money has shown as pending on my credit card till now.

The location is excellent—near the main station and in a lively area with plenty of convenience stores and a Cosmed drugstore nearby. The room is spacious for two people, featuring a dining table, fridge, makeup mirror, and plenty of power outlets. The sleek and modern bathroom includes a bidet and a bathtub, with an electric control to lower the curtain for added privacy. However, the bathroom door is slightly elevated from the floor, so you’ll need to watch your step. While the water runs well, the hot water can get too hot and is a bit tricky to control. The check-in process requires a 1,000 NTD deposit, which must be paid by card as they don’t accept cash. Overall, it’s a great choice if you enjoy staying close to a major station in a vibrant neighborhood.

Hotel is big and gets crowded at times. Need to wait for awhile to get into the lift. Room by Taiwan standard is small.

Great location and amenities. 2 set of good washer and dryer ( cost TWD 50 each), a decent coffee maker and a microwave ( need a good cleaning though). The slight downside is that room cleaning is only every 2-3 days. Service is decent and have a welcome drink from the italian restaurant downstairs. Nearest exit to the hotel form Taipei Main station is Z4.

This room type is great! There’s ample space to walk around and open all luggages, and even comes with a small table and a few chairs for you and your friends to have food or drinks together at night.

Best selection to stay and the hotel near Taibei main station approximate 3 minutes walk. Room is clean and comfortable also there’s windows.

Stayed for 1 night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Street was quiet as there was typhoon alert. Wet and cold and glad there was hot coffee. Check in and check out was swift.

Location location location. It was prime location. Though room cleaning only happens every 3 nights

Excellent location, rather new and well equipped room and friendly front desk. Family mart is right opposite and cosmed is right next door. Mcd is few steps away. Bonus is each guest get a free beer voucher which is redeemable at the bar downstairs lol.
