UUtente ospiteFirst thing , need to thank the counter staff Ona for her good recommendation. My friend who had an accidental fall in the bathroom of the hotel needed medical attention. We wanted to go to the nearest hospital, which there was one near the hotel, but Ona on understanding my friend’s condition, suggested to go to the orthopaedic clinic which is just a stone throw aqua from the hotel. We could just walk there to have her condition examined very quickly ! Had we gone to the hospital A&E not sure how long we would have to wait ! So special thanks to Ona for being proactive and enquire more about the needs of the customers and giving the good advice !
My friend stepped on the door frame of the bath room shower and it was slippery after her room mate had a bath. Would suggest the hotel to paste an anti slip on the shower room door frame
Around the hotel is a great massage place call 湯 村。this place is slightly more expensive but hotel guest has 10 percent discount . The other foot massage parlours around are not as good as this one which has a private room for customers and the staff there professional . Would be great if the hotel could work with this place to get an even greater discount for hotel guests.
For breakfast those that love traditional Chinese breakfast of porridge with condiments would love it ! Those the prefers western would be disappointed !
Hotel is very strict about late check out. For guests staying for more than one night , I think the hotel should be more generous especially if the checkout is on Sunday as I expect there would not be so many guests Sunday to Monday
Overall the stay was comfortable, even for their standard room they have shower with bath tub, a small table with sofa .. this is very considerate , as in Taiwan , it a always great to buy late night supper from the night market and eat in at the hotel room ! There are convenience stall around the hotel and even a place selling ********* style barbecue

Non abbiamo visto molto, come abbiamo capito dopo aver camminato per qualche minuto, che abbiamo appena trovato il negozio conveniente che è molto bello se fosse il più vicino disponibile (o ancora una volta, ci potrebbe essere l'altro lato che non conosciamo haha).
Dopo aver camminato in giro, e aver capito che non c'era molto da vedere.Abbiamo già prenotato un Uber per andare al mercato notturno.
Non era così lontano dalla stazione HSR. Non ricordo la distanza esattamente e l’ora di viaggio. Ma se lo trovo lontano, di solito ricorderò e lo dirò.
Servizio - era un facile check-in e check-out. Anche se quasi dimenticavo di ricevere una ricetta. Ho dovuto chiedere una proattiva. Fortunatamente abbiamo deciso di rimanere un po' dopo aver controllato, ci siamo ricordati e abbiamo dovuto chiederla.
Mi piace come hanno chiesto di accedere al check-in se abbiamo bisogno di un servizio di pulizia della stanza.
Il colazione era così (sulla mia offerta di gusto personale). Non mi sbagliate, non è stato così male.
Amo la stanza più! Eravamo felici di quanto fosse spaziosa. E ha una scatola AI che ci piacevamo. Il bagno ha una TV, la zona doccia era spaziosa, l'atmosfera della stanza, le strade e lobby. I snacks liberi. La marca del corpo, lavatrice e condizionatore, la macchina Nescafe gratuita nel lobby.
Lo avrei certamente raccomandato e rimarrei qui.

UUtente anonimoStayed here from 10 Apr to 14 Apr. It is about 10-15mins walk Taichung Railway station. The hotel is within the central district of Taichung (buildings are older here), but the hotel itself looks and feel relatively new and modern. It is conveniently located near lots of food options, and the Taichung Second Market and Miyahara is only about 5-10mins walk away.
The room is clean and spacious. It has a nice modern design too. The basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, lotion and hairdryer are provided. Can’t seem to find local channels on the TV but you can use apps like netflix and youtube.
The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast, tea time (if i recall correctly) and supper. The variety is acceptable given that this is not a big hotel. food is decent too. For breakfast there was a mini salad bar, porridge station, various steamed buns, toasts. For supper, there were braised minced meat rice and side dishes, soup, DIY noodle station, steamed buns, toasts, DIY beancurd station, some snacks/tidbits. There is also dessert with red/green bean soup, drinks and ice cream.
Just one minor hiccup - a false fire alarm was trigger at 4am on one of the nights which only affected the higher floors from 9th storey and above. The guests on our storey werent aware if the lift is working or if it is safe to use and we ended up climbing the stairs down, only to find out later that there was no real fire. The affected guests waited at the lounge for about 30mins as the alarm was still ringing. The firemen eventually came and turned off the alarm. The hotel did apologise for the inconvenience by pasting a notice in the lift and informed guests to reach out to them if there are any queries. It would be nice if the hotel can engage the affected guests more directly and possible provide some form of compensation as service recovery.
Nonetheless, still a pleasant stay overall!

GGeraldLim1Il doccia aveva acqua calda e pressione forte, e anche forniva adattatori di viaggio. Il lobby era spazioso, aperto e bellissimo decorato con molte piante.
Tuttavia, una cosa importante da notare è che la nostra camera aveva un balcone, e il bagno era situato fuori, che può essere scomodo, soprattutto alla notte o in inverno quando si deve prendere qualche passo freddo in camera dopo una doccia.
Il letto Sealy era molto comodo, ma il cappello non era il migliore. La copertura del duvet si è mantenuta in movimento a causa di legami liberi, che lasciavano spazi vuoti all’interno. La TV era grande e aveva YouTube e Netflix, ma era piuttosto laggi forse Haier non è la migliore marca per la TV.
Il centro di Wi-Fi è un centro storico, un centro storico e un centro storico. Ciò detto, la rigorosa politica di check-in delle 4 PM può portare a lunghe coda, e il parcheggio è limitato a solo cinque punti all'esterno, anche se sono disponibili alternative.
Un piccolo suggerimento potrebbe voler considerare la rimarcazione come ”Hotel Xi” invece di ”Hotel Si”, come ”Si” significa ”morire” in Mandarin, che è un tabù culturale per gli ospiti cinesi.
In generale, è una scelta decente se il prezzo è giusto. Il set separato di toletta è stato un enorme svantaggio per me, ma la comodità della posizione lo compongono. Pensavo di rimanere di nuovo!

Although the room is very small (quite a struggle to fit a medium or large size luggage), it’s clean, with a good temperature control and a good firm bed with comfortable blanket (pillow is a bit on the soft side, and only 1 pillow supplied). The breakfast meal is just alright (asian/chinese style breakfast with soup, egg dish, cooked vegetables and stir-fry meat, no fruits, yogurt or salad). The location is amazing, short walk to Taichung station, bus stops and very close to 7-11, supermarkets and Taroko Mall. The hotel doesn’t provide too many amenities (slippers available from the lobby, other amenities are available for purchase from the lobby, kettle and cups are available, 2 water bottles are provided daily). Overall this hotel provides an adequate lodging in a convenient location.

JJgoh81Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier.
But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm.
Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in.
On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.
