環境清幽，飯店設施完善，服務人員熱誠，雖然遠ㄧ點，非常值得再來一次。

飯店設施老舊，不過整體算整齊，早餐還算豐富，還有附設温泉設施很棒，地點不錯，不論是要上街或去景點都算在中間的位置

房間乾淨，泡湯池早晚會清場，還算乾淨，服務人員態度親切，地理位置也很不錯，下次再去谷關會考慮再去飯店入住

房間乾淨明亮，很舒服。溫泉池跟小魚池也很不錯，床邊近窗戶的小茶几，適合喝茶發呆看山景！ 以房價來說很值得！ 有機會會再來！

飯店外觀雖然看起來就舊的，但是房間裡面的東西都不會髒，算是舒服的地方，房間內有小小溫泉池，溫泉泡起來很舒服，皮膚都滑滑的，早餐是自助式的中式早點，樣式蠻多吃的很飽，但美味度有待加強，服務生態度都很好，唯一缺點就是溫泉設施有點少，而且大眾池更衣室有點簡陋。

位置處於中心地帶，很是方便。房型、設備略顯老舊，隔音稍差。大眾池位於吊橋下方，空間動線設計不錯。小朋友玩耍在床下掏出前客之口罩，房務清潔需加強。

部屋をアップグレードして貰え、とてもいい部屋でした。朝食には、自分で作れる麺料理もあり良かったです。

旅館很大，房間很多。面對溪谷的房間有良好視野，非常開闊的感覺，還有對面明治溫泉的美麗夜景。但面對馬路的房間只有被路人看的命運。需要慎重選擇
