Budget level hotel but prices a little to high IMO.
The bed is really difficult to made and the space for the bags is limited.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the night market and surrounded by great food options, with live evening performances adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the bed is clean and comfortable—though you’ll need to lay the bedsheet and pillowcase yourself. There’s also a budget-friendly food stall nearby serving generous portions. It’s a fantastic choice for solo travelers like me, and the cozy lounge on the second floor is a lovely bonus.

I had a few tough days but I would like to go back again!
As expected, the bed was small and the room tiny. I was woken a few times at night due to the snoring of the guy above. The 3 bathrooms shared by the whole floor were tiny.
However... The price was very low. The location, even though not the best, was not too bad. The toilets were equipped with the Japanese style cleaning machine, unbelievable and unheard of at a hostel! I did see a small cockroach in the toilets but it is Taichung. I avoided the rush hours (early morning and late at night) so I was often the only one using the toilets!
If there is one thing I do not like, it is the hours of the public area. It was not open until after 8 am. Too late and inconvenient. I had no place to go as the room was tiny. I had to stay at a 7-11 to wait for the public area to open.
Highly recommend!

Well, we were very surprised by the bunk bed set up. Its like sleeping in a box which can be quite uncomfortable to a claustrophobic individual. Both males and females share same bathroom. That was newfor me. Adawise the place looks clean and well maintained.

Location wise it's quite far from other places. Good thing is the bus stop is located right outside the hostel. Other than that, the area is pretty private as the room I booked was an all female dorm floor.
