Staff are awesome. Meals are ok, but then considering it's in the mountains,with breakfast and dinner provided, nothing to complain. Location is super awesome, quiet, tranquil,peaceful. Good for those who are looking for a break from the buzz and buzzer. The indoor hot spring and the view is super awesome.

Excellent service. They offer free rides between hotel and the nearest bus terminal. We got a slightly early check in and a free upgrade to the latest renovated family room. Food was clearly stated as vegan/vegetarian or not, very vegan-friendly. Spas in the bathroom were very clean. Toilet flushed down well(which was a problem I was concerned whenever I stayed in Taiwan). Beds for two were king-sized beds. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious. The down side about the spa area is that there is not much to do there. Although it was a 1.5 hour bus trip from Feng Yuan, I think it worthed a night there if you are looking for doing nothing.

我們是從台中火車站坐公交到谷關，時間有點長，山上剛好遇上道路限制半小時放行一次，到站後發現要提行李爬樓梯，否則繞很長的車路，到服務處發現，原來可以打電話給客服請他們來車站接送的。
本來4點才能checkin，我們3點就到，當時剛好有空房, 能提早一小時check in，房內也附有私人浴池。
床寬闊舒適。
渡假村有幾個不同按摩的浴池，記得要帶泳衣，住客有免費浴帽，離營時，客服幫我們叫車送我們到公車站，不用再提行李爬樓梯。

服務人員解說詳盡，親切有禮，房間的床是加大尺寸舒服好睡，家庭房的泡湯池很大，可同時容納數人一起泡湯。
戶外溫泉區域，有各種spa設施，也有溫泉魚泡腳區，藥草蒸氣室等。

房型空間很夠，有兩池浴池，冷熱交替極佳，早餐豐富，晚餐逢星期五有買一送一活動很划算，菜色五菜一湯，份量很足，有免費肉燥可淋飯，人員親切，位置離便利商店也不遠，附近稍來步道走走都不遠，會再回訪的住宿

地點位在谷關中心再往上爬坡約10分鐘，餐廳、便利商店都很方便。
雖然是多年的飯店，整潔度很好，很乾淨。
戶外露天湯池設施很好，有多個池可供體驗，管理得很不錯，大人小孩都很滿意。
唯一美中不足就是房間的門隔音效果不好，而且是有空隙的，客人經過門口都聽得蠻清楚的，應該只是一般的木門。

整體服務品質良好，晚餐2人$500，也算是便宜，早餐豐富好吃，尤其是蘿蔔糕鬆軟綿密，還吃得到蘿蔔，可口美味，屋內有2個湯池，泡湯空間夠大，價格合理，算是谷關附近優質飯店
