SSEANIEBEEA 5 star hotel that deserves its rating. Rooms are comparable with Sheraton/Hilton etc... it's a well-oiled machine and everyone was efficient and kind. Shout out to my namesake SEAN in the Prime restaurant on the roof who took care of us with a memorable Christmas dinner. One for any short list in Taichung.

UUtente ospiteFirst thing , need to thank the counter staff Ona for her good recommendation. My friend who had an accidental fall in the bathroom of the hotel needed medical attention. We wanted to go to the nearest hospital, which there was one near the hotel, but Ona on understanding my friend’s condition, suggested to go to the orthopaedic clinic which is just a stone throw aqua from the hotel. We could just walk there to have her condition examined very quickly ! Had we gone to the hospital A&E not sure how long we would have to wait ! So special thanks to Ona for being proactive and enquire more about the needs of the customers and giving the good advice !
My friend stepped on the door frame of the bath room shower and it was slippery after her room mate had a bath. Would suggest the hotel to paste an anti slip on the shower room door frame
Around the hotel is a great massage place call 湯 村。this place is slightly more expensive but hotel guest has 10 percent discount . The other foot massage parlours around are not as good as this one which has a private room for customers and the staff there professional . Would be great if the hotel could work with this place to get an even greater discount for hotel guests.
For breakfast those that love traditional Chinese breakfast of porridge with condiments would love it ! Those the prefers western would be disappointed !
Hotel is very strict about late check out. For guests staying for more than one night , I think the hotel should be more generous especially if the checkout is on Sunday as I expect there would not be so many guests Sunday to Monday
Overall the stay was comfortable, even for their standard room they have shower with bath tub, a small table with sofa .. this is very considerate , as in Taiwan , it a always great to buy late night supper from the night market and eat in at the hotel room ! There are convenience stall around the hotel and even a place selling ********* style barbecue

Dopo aver camminato in giro, e aver capito che non c'era molto da vedere.Abbiamo già prenotato un Uber per andare al mercato notturno.
Non era così lontano dalla stazione HSR. Non ricordo la distanza esattamente e l’ora di viaggio. Ma se lo trovo lontano, di solito ricorderò e lo dirò.
Servizio - era un facile check-in e check-out. Anche se quasi dimenticavo di ricevere una ricetta. Ho dovuto chiedere una proattiva. Fortunatamente abbiamo deciso di rimanere un po' dopo aver controllato, ci siamo ricordati e abbiamo dovuto chiederla.
Mi piace come hanno chiesto di accedere al check-in se abbiamo bisogno di un servizio di pulizia della stanza.
Il colazione era così (sulla mia offerta di gusto personale). Non mi sbagliate, non è stato così male.
Amo la stanza più! Eravamo felici di quanto fosse spaziosa. E ha una scatola AI che ci piacevamo. Il bagno ha una TV, la zona doccia era spaziosa, l'atmosfera della stanza, le strade e lobby. I snacks liberi. La marca del corpo, lavatrice e condizionatore, la macchina Nescafe gratuita nel lobby.
Lo avrei certamente raccomandato e rimarrei qui.

The location is not convenient but.they.provide shuttle services to and fro feng jia night market. Lucky we have our own driver to go other tourist attractions so is still ok.

JJgoh81Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier.
But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm.
Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in.
On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.
