環境：酒店周邊景色很好，面對窗户就能看見泰山，去酒店的路上經過岱廟，建築很有特點。但是早上太吵了，大早上6點就有裝修的聲音，探頭一看，是有工人在一層室外焊接東西，各種設備噪音特別大，酒店自己沒協調管理好自己的工人。裝修時間是早八點至晚六點，這點概念都沒有嗎？ 服務：明顯能看出來前台倆妹妹是新上崗的，啥都不懂，但是旁邊有一個經理明顯很有經驗，倒是帶一帶她倆幫幫忙。入住辦的極其墨跡，問什麼酒店的事情也都不太清楚，早餐券也沒給我，結果我第二天吃早飯的時候被門口查券的人刁難。非説所有人都發券了，我沒券不能吃飯，我出示了訂單裏面明確的寫了帶早餐她也不管，就衹認早餐券，讓她找前台確認也不聽衹認早餐券，最搞笑的是她為難我的時候另一個客户直接溜達進去吃早飯了她沒查對方的早餐券。後來我跟查券這個人急眼了，她突然改口説“偷偷放我進去”，太好笑了我特地花錢買的帶早餐的房間，受這個氣還要感謝她“偷偷放我進去”。 你們這個服務完全配不上酒店的星級以及收費，差評。
