Bug infested slum hotel!!!
There is no breakfast, there were bugs everywhere including cockroaches in my room, dead roach photo attached taken after screaming, my coworkers had no shower head or curtain, the rooms downstairs smelled like mildew the outside doors not secured it was absolutely disgusting and we left before the first night was over. We didn’t stay. Lots of bed bugs in the reviews - learned my lesson to read reviews before you book!!

It was clean.

Just a bed to sleep in!
Halls were really hot when we first walked in and the room were very hot! Ac did not work right and room was to hot to sleep! Woman at the desk acted as if we were bothing her when we ask for ice! Which she said just stopped working also, so no ice,on top of hot room! Said all other rooms were full! Did not want to print a receipt for us! Spiders in room! T.V. and remote did not work right! Beds were extremely tall and hard to get in! Door locks were broke and shower would was broke and would not stay hang on hook

Ice machine was broke. Fitness center out of order. There was blood on the sheets. My son couldn’t play his PlayStation for some reason. The hotel had a dirty pool that didn’t work. Facility needed a make over. Rooms weren’t too bad; but the fridge wouldn’t shut and wouldn’t hold the cold. Staff was great, best thing about it.

1-no pool
2-no fitness center
3-very dirty outside around the property
4-large rip in chair arm in our room
5-hole in bathtub wall (cosmetic)
6- missing trim on bathroom floor allowing water to trap inside and could cause black mold
7-I asked for a fork and was told (with attitude) there isn’t one on property. I went in to the storage room(the fitness center) and saw a large box of mixed plastic cutlery, I helped myself, thank you
8-no breakfast
9-a/c in the room doesn’t cool the room properly even when set lower. Was told no other room’s available
10- my key stopped working 4 times. I had to go back to the front desk for a new key
11-elevator sounds like it’s never been greased or serviced…..ever!
Definitely not a good experience staying here

They advertise breakfast and a pool but did not offer breakfast and their pool has been emptied and neglected for a while. The ice machine was broken, vending machine was broken and the coffee maker in our room was broken and dirty. The bathtub had a layer of sand and dirt on the floor that appeared to be from the previous guest. The room key only works 1 time and then had to get a new one each time. Checking in went pretty good and wad quick.

Beware this hotel does not have breakfast or a pool even though both were advertised as amenities. Also a very weird smell throughout the hotel mildew maybe? But I would have absolutely picked a different hotel if I had known about them not having breakfast. They would not give any compensation for that so I had very unhappy kids
