Опубликовано для всех 1 17 июн 2023 Приехали отдохнуть в Таганрог, позвониди в этот отель нас проконсультировала некомпитентный администратор, сказала что если мы к ним заселимся то только один раз с купонами сможем попасть в гриндвич парк! Перед заездом сказвли, что у них нет ни дополнительных дней ни свободных номеров, по итогу мы в своем номере ещё на 3 дня остались и никого за нами в этот номер не было! Номер за 2900 ужасно грязный, хотя нам сказали что перед нами убирались, но внешне было видно что в нем давно не убирались, под кроватью грязь и пыль, по углам паутина под кроватью бычки от сигарет, хотя курить в номере запрещено и за это штраф но получается они вот так проверяют номера после поситителей, за то огромный список за утерю или порчу давно поношеных и ужасных халатов и резиновых тапок. За нами тоже ни кто не проверял номер хотя я подошла и сказала мы съезжаем посмотрите? Да ещё вы можете отдать деньги, а администратор про это забудет и скажет следующему по смене что с вас надо взять ещё или выгнать вас. Благо везде есть камеры! Шумно ужасно мы уезжали там делали ремонт стучали, сверлили, а ещё если включаете кондиционер а он над кроватью, не удивляйтесь что ночью вам начнёт капать на голову вода, и за 5 суток не разу не убрали, не поменяли полотенце и не дали дополнительный гель и шампунь хотя мы ещё на 3 дня продлили! Вот такой отель
