Hotel in zona Snake Lake, Tacoma

Tutto andava bene, solo servizio clienti alla notte della nostra arrivo. Non era molto contenta del processo di registrazione, come anche la signora del colazione. Vogliono sorridere in faccia e essere più cortesi con gli ospiti.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a hotel in this neighborhood,but I loved this one! Emma at check-in turned around what had been a trying day by laughing with me. My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.I was afraid I'd hear freeway noise, but I heard nothing. The mattress and pillows were amazing. The room showed some wear (chipped laminate, loose blind pulls), but nothing that impacted my stay. I was very happy that I chose to stay there! Also, lots of restaurants nearby.

La struttura è molto attraente e ha un bar a disposizione dell'hotel.

Inizio dicendo che sto per entrare in questa recensione un po' confuso. In 40 anni di viaggio, non ho mai avuto un hotel o un motel mi dica che non posso usare i miei punti di ricompensa. Ma in questo caso, mi è stato detto che i punti possono essere utilizzati solo per “Camere standard” e tutte le loro camere standard sono state prenotate. Quindi sono andato avanti e pagato per una ... camera non standard??? . Beh, sono arrivato nella mia camera e suppongo che cosa - era solo una stanza standard motel. Non c'era nulla di speciale o difettoso con questa stanza, con questo detto e fuori dal modo, ecco gli aspetti positivi del mio soggiorno. L'impianto è un po' nuovo e era pulito (il profumo di biancheria ha messo in aria pesante). Il personale era cortese, ma non necessariamente amichevole. Il letto era medio stabile e ci erano molte piastrelle. Il colazione gratuita era abbastanza buono. Alla 150 metri dall'hotel ci erano due ristoranti ... il cibo al ristorante Pho era davvero buono. Ora per alcuni svantaggi ... (1) per tutti voi dormitori leggeri, questo era un motel rumoroso. Anche se eravamo in una stanza sul retro del motel che affrontava un sacco di vuoti, potevamo ancora sentire il rumore del traffico vicino. Inoltre, potremmo sentire gli ospiti parlare nella loro stanza e nel corridoio, e anche i passi dal piano sopra di noi. (2) Questo motel si trova in una posizione non così bello di Tacoma ... chiude anche le porte del lobby frontale dopo alcune ore, quindi è necessario utilizzare la carta chiave della camera per entrare nel lobby e per gestire l'ascensore. Connesso alla questione del rumore... ho sentito un paio di spari a circa le 3 a.m.

Freeway noise is pretty loud but that’s not what bothers me. The issue with this place is the staff! When I arrived exhausted from traveling, all I wanted was to shower and sleep. But I’m standing there with another guy and there’s no one to help us. The desk was empty. Other guy yells “Hello” and no response. We can hear a girls voice talking in the back so she had to have hear guests calling her. The other guest starts getting visibly annoyed. He was there when I got there so who knows how long he was already waiting, so I decided to sit down in the lobby to wait. I started looking for other hotels in the area I could go to and looking into how to cancel my reservation without a cancellation fee. It was 23 minutes (yes I timed it) before that employee decided to grace us with her presence!! That by itself is completely unacceptable. But it gets worse. After all that, when she gets to the desk she just says “ID and credit card” not hello or welcome to the hotel. She was so inconvenienced by us being there and it was obvious. I’m still sitting in the lobby while this other guest checks in and he’s asking why he had to wait so long and the front desk girl says she was busy. That’s it. No apology. Busy doing what?? She was giggling and chatting it up with either another employee or someone on her phone. She clearly heard us in the lobby and just chose ignore us! My turn to check in and I think I’ll try a different approach than the other guest. I check her name tag, “Bailey.” So I proceed with “Hi Bailey is everything okay? We were waiting for a while and you seem a little flustered.” I’m thinking maybe this girl has something personal going on and she’s having a bad day. It happens. Her response was “you weren’t waiting I just saw you walk in.” And she proceeded to check me in snatching my card out of my hand (scratching my finger) and rolling her eyes with her attitude tuned up to 100%. She slams my room key onto the counter and pulls out her phone and starts texting. Didn’t even tell me where my room was. I’m never going to this hotel again. Huge disappointment.

Il mio soggiorno era caldo e benvenuto. Tutto il personale era sorprendente, sia cortese che amichevole. Ho soggiornato per un lungo periodo di tempo e mi sono divertito tutto il tempo al centro. Certamente consiglierei se tu fossi in città.

Anche se c'è un piccolo buco, l'appartamento super grande è aggiornato gratuitamente, e tranne il rumore lungo la strada, tutti gli altri sono quasi perfetti.

Molto bel hotel, pulito e buon colazione. La palestra è un buon posto per passare la notte dopo un grande pasto. Il personale del desk front è molto utile e cercherà di soddisfare i loro bisogni. Raccomandato.

Bel posto comodo. Corridoi un po' freddo. Potrebbe usare più posti a sedere intorno alla proprietà. A parte questo...ottimo posto
