Questo è il nostro secondo e terzo tomo per soggiornare. In generale l'hotel, il cibo, il prezzo è grande. Poche cose l'hotel può migliorare - aggiungere umidificatore o raffreddatore d'aria per mantenere il puzzoletto dell'hotel.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Summit Tacloban , e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. L'hotel è situato in una grande posizione, vicino al centro commerciale. Le camere sono spaziose e ben attrezzate, con letti confortevoli, grandi TV e molte attrazioni. Il personale è amichevole e utile, e si sono spinti sopra e oltre per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole, e mi sono particolarmente grato che potessero accogliere la mia richiesta di un check-out tardivo. Il hotel è lussuoso, comodo e conveniente, e il personale è amichevole e utile. Ho avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso, e certamente rimarrei lì. Ora che sto andando in Canada, mi mancherò di sicuro tutto in questo posto. Grazie Summit Hotel!

Il posto era buono. Il personale è molto accogliente, vi aiuterà con tutto quello che avete bisogno. Non c'è nessun triciclo fuori così non si può facilmente esplorare il posto ma panda alimentare sono disponibili nella zona. Mi scusi per la mia faccia haha che è l'unica foto che ho.

I made a room reservation three months ago but couldn't use it then. However, the hotel kindly extended the booking until December 20, 2023, which was appreciated. We were pleased to finally utilize the reservation just a day ago. When I called to confirm the modified room reservation, I learned that our originally requested room was occupied. Consequently, we were offered a room on a floor undergoing renovation. While we understood the unavailability of our initial choice and appreciated the alternative, unexpected noises, resembling furniture being moved, persisted past the scheduled renovation hours. Initially, our dissatisfaction arose from key card issues, requiring two trips to reception for door access. Though promptly addressed by changing the door lock's battery, it raised concerns about the room's readiness before guest arrival. Upon entering the room, a faint scent reminiscent of damp fabric lingered, possibly from the carpet or beddings. This made us hesitant to use the beds, as we questioned the freshness of the linens. Furthermore, the provided 'IronwoodGuest' internet was inaccessible. Despite a single call, we were given 'ManagementPlus' internet access, but alas, no connection was established. Consequently, we had to rely on our mobile data for work, adding to our stress during what we hoped would be a relaxing stay. Additionally, the inability to use Netflix compounded our dissatisfaction. We wanted to at least enjoy the night with our mom, watching movies at least, but because we couldn't connect to their internet, we could not use it. We also tried connecting it to our mobile data, but it did not connect as well. We also discovered inappropriate content in the search history, which made us question the thoroughness of amenity checks and guest comfort. It would have been appreciated if such content in the history had been cleared to ensure the comfort of all guests. Considering the limited amenities offered, we had hoped for reliable internet access and functioning Netflix, as these are among the few amenities provided. While my call to confirm our arrival might have been sudden, I trust there was ample time for room readiness. My feedback aims to support improvements in the hospitality industry. Genuine hospitality enhancements not only benefit this establishment but also uplift the province's hospitality sector, attracting more visitors. Despite these issues, the hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the ambiance at Firegrass Tavern. As vegans, we opted for fruits, hoping for more inclusive options next time. Nonetheless, BUUTAN VEGAN CAFE nearby was a welcome alternative. Hoping for a smoother experience next time. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a week from the end of April to 6th May 2023 and we found the staff wonderful, especially the dining staff for breakfast who were amazing. Everyone was very respectful and eager to help with delicious food in the Thai restaurant in the evening. It was great value for money with a huge double bed so thanks to all of the staff to make our stay so enjoyable.
