All ok pools very nice food ok, unfortunatly to many moskitos bites, very heavy bedding not suitable for summer.

We stayed here for 5 nights with a friendly family, enjoying the hotel amenities as well as the thermal bath. It is a great hotel for families, offering an indoor and an outdoor playground, a gaming area, good food suitable for adults and children alike and solid room options. We stayed in a two room apar**ent which are two double rooms with connecting door, which was great for us. We had a great time.

In der Therme sehr kalt + kaltes Wasser hat nichts von Therme - sehr in die Jahre gekommen, kaputte Fließen wo man hinschaut. Sauberkeit ebenfalls mangelhaft, ob in der Therme oder Hotel. Zum „aufwärmen“ gibts 2 warme Whirlpools, die immer voll sind. Das Restaurant in der Therme ist ein Witz, qualitativ nicht mal ein Stern. Unmotiviertes Personal wo man hinschaut. Es richt stark nach Chlor oder nach Fritteuse je nachdem wo man sich aufhält. Verstehe nicht wie man hier entspannen soll… Im Hotel Restaurant teilweise kalte Speisen und of**als mit Panade. Preise ähnlich wie in Ö. Preis-Leistung ist hier jedoch nicht mehr vorhanden. Wer also meint für wenig Geld ein Schnäppchen zu machen, tut dies auf Kosten der eigenen Nerven und Gesundheit. Rate jedem ab hier hin zufahren, man wird nur enttäuscht!!

Therme ist super, das Hotel überhaupt nicht, anfragen wurden bei der Rezeption mit : das können wir nicht abgewickelt, essen war lauwarm, service Personal während dem Essen total aufmerksam und nett, 15% Rabatt für Frühbucher wurden nicht abgezogen

Finger weg! Die Zimmern im Februar sind kalt, Heizung funktioniert nicht, keiner kümmert sich darum. Rezeption hat einen Techniker geschickt und Raumtemperatur war 21C , anschließen haben wir neues Zimmer auf dem 4.Stock bekommen, war bisschen wärmer, Heizung im Bad hat trotzdem nicht funktioniert, gibt keine Möglichkeit Badesachen zum trocknen weil die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Thermen Bereich ist alles ausser Therme! Es ist kalt, 2 kleinen Becken mit 34-36C sind IMMER voll und gibt keinen Platz. Frage mich wie die Kinder kaltes Wasser aushalten. Es gibt einen Schild dass die letzte Tage Wasser kälter als üblich ist, und es steht schon seit Wochen da. Sauna muss man vor Ort extra ca 5,5e zahlen. Wenig Auswahl, viele Leute, funktionieren nicht alle. Sehr wenig Liegen, man hat einfach keinen Platz sich danach zum entspannen. Das Essen war durchschnittlich , sehr wenig Auswahl, Tische beim Frühstück schmutzig . Preise im Restaurant/Bar mittlerweile wie in Österreich, nur die Leistung für ein 4* Hotel ist sehr arm.

Kleinigkeiten die uns aufgefallen sind, die aber keinesfalls unseren Urlaub beeinflusst haben und super super Essen!

Wir waren schon zweimal dort und es war perfekt ! Nur diesmal muss ich wirklich etwas beanstanden. Das Essen am Abend war fast kalt , auch beim Frühstück war das Rührei kalt. DieTellerwärmer waren außer Funktion , weil man denkt wenn der Teller warm ist ,dann hat man die Chance , das auch das Rührei warm ist.
Und ACHTUNG DAS WASSER IM ZIMMER IST NICHT GRATIS !!! Einen Tag vor der Abreise wird es entfernt , denn du könntest ja etwas davon trinken am Tag der Abreise , und dann ist das nicht mehr zu verrechnen.
ENTSCHULDIGE ES HANDELT SICH UM NORMALES WASSER WO DIE FLASCHEN NACHGEFÜLLT WERDEN WAHRSCHEINLICH MIT NORMALEN WASSER.
Im Zimmer sollten normal die Handtücher die am Boden liegen ausgetauscht werden, aber das ist nicht so !!!!! Die werden wieder aufgehoben und abgelegt. Wahrscheinlich obliegt das der Reinigungsdame die entscheidet ob das Handtuch noch einmal verwendbar ist?
Ich glaube es wird gespart und ich hörte das der Manager neu ist.
Ich kann das nicht beweisen , aber viel Glück.
SCHADE FINDE ICH , ABER LIEBER EIN BAR EURO MEHR UND ES PASST.

Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Zimmersevice leider nicht wirklich vorhanden. Keine Frischen Handtücher. Im Saunabereich nur ein einziges Tuch ohne Möglichkeit zu wechseln. Keine Liegen nur für Hotelgäste. Am abreisetag thermennutzung nur bis 11uhr.
