Ресторан за доручак на нивоу Е, изнад лоби бара и рецепције, нуди велики избор за доручак, чак и за вегетаријанце, велики избор кафе, сокова и чајева. Свака част ресторану. На рецепцији су веома љубазни и увек вам на услузи. Сви говоре енглески тако да је комуникација у реду. По потреби можете користити хотелски паркинг, али уз доплату. In the room you have a safe, hair dryer, shampoo, shower, liquid hand soap, kettle, coffee, sugar, tea and water. Rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfast restaurant on level E, above the lobby bar and reception, offers a large selection for breakfast, even for vegetarians, a large selection of coffees, juices and teas. Kudos to the restaurant. At the reception, they are very friendly and always at your service. Everyone speaks English so communication is fine. E' relativamente pulito, spazioso, con acqua dolce, molti tipi di colazione e molto delizioso.Questa posizione è anche nel centro di Segedo, molto adatta al turismo.Ma, a causa di un personale maschile, ho deciso di ridurre la valutazione.Questa volta, ho vissuto per una notte a 〜 14 agosto. In primo luogo, non c'è spiegazione o scusa sull'hotel, e'la ragione per cui la prenotazione è sbagliata.Perché i clienti devono confermare attraverso telefoni internazionali costosi, anche se questo è un errore sull'hotel?Inoltre, non è probabile che ci sia una vacanza in pochi minuti. Il personale maschile può essere considerato giudicato (molto discriminatorio).Inoltre, non c'è spiegazione di base (ora del colazione e altre questioni di attenzione) quando si tratta di iscriversi a bordo, e ho dato silenziosamente a Wu.Non è giusto fare il lavoro della reception.Tutti sono buoni tranne il personale maschile della reception. Penso che l'impressione di un hotel cambierà così a causa di un dipendente.

L'unica posizione molto perfetta, l'atteggiamento del cameriere è particolarmente buono, la colazione è buona, la gente che è fondamentalmente nel centro della città è più grande. La camminata può raggiungere tutti gli attrazioni che vuoi andare, e il prezzo è molto appropriato.Sarà prenotato ancora una volta, molto perfetto.

The ‘Science hotel’ in Szeged informs potential customers on its website and in the hotel on a billboard that it’s been classified as a four star hotel by the ‘Hotelstarsunion’. In addition there is written that the ‘Science hotel’ can display this label until june, 26th, 2022(picture upon request). So if any customer booked a room(and paid a price accordingly)in this hotel, after the 26th of june, 2022, convinced that he stays in a **** hotel, he was mislead. We do not like to use the word ‘cheated’, but if one takes into consideration what one pays and what one gets in this hotel, the word seems appropriate. Upon arrival the safe in our room was out of order, there was no manual and a member of the staff(‘what do you need a safe for, by the way’ said one member of the staff)was not able to repair it. We moved to anther room(smaller than the way we booked, according to my fiancée) that did not deserve the qualification either: a leakage at back of the toilet flooded the bathroom floor and this defect could not be repaired(it was the national holiday). We should not forget to mention that the hotel supplied us with frayed towels and one even had two holes(picture upon request). We stayed in this hotel 2 nights, august 19th and 20th and these days in the hotel were a great disappointment. To file a complaint, the duty manager connected us by phone to a manager higher in the line of command to discuss the problem. He apologized and could offer us a reduction for our next stay(as if we ever would go there again) and promised to give us a more detailed reaction. Up to now we have not heard of this manager….. Summary: think twice before you book this overrated hotel.The rooms are very small, the amenities poor. To end this review positive: the breakfast was good.

Il buffet è stato distribuito per colazione e cena, soprattutto per quest'ultima. Durante i sei giorni che ci siamo recati, il cibo è stato diverso ogni giorno, mostrando la ricchezza della cucina ungherese. Le camere erano un po' vecchie, ma la camera era molto spaziosa. La connessione all'Aquapolis e al Spa era un grande plus.
