Hotel in zona Craneosaurs, Szczecin

Very nice hotel located in a central area of the town. Rooms were clean and silent, spacious enough and with necessary tools (maybe hair drier was a little old fashioned, but working). Staff was very nice and helpful, at the reception and at breakfast hall. Nice and fresh breakfast with veggie options. I enjoyed my staying

The best hotel in Szczecin. Rooms very clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious and great selection of dishes, hotel staff so helpful and nice. Best greetings to all reception staff. I will visit this hotel again during my next trip to Szczecin Poland!

Sono stato invitato all'Università di Szczecin per partecipare al 25° anniversario del loro programma MBA. L'Università mi ha ospitato gentilmente nel cortile di Marriott Szczecin City, proprio nel cuore di Szczecin. Ho preso il Flixbus dall'aeroporto di Berlino Brandenburg. Il bus #57 è diretto dal terminale al di fuori del terminale (circa 2.5 ore) e il deposito del bus è a pochi 5-10 minuti di cammino dall'hotel. L'hotel dispone di un ampio lobby, personale amichevole e un ottimo ristorante. Le camere sono estremamente calde e confortevoli, con tutte le comodità. Il wifi gratuito è veloce, rendendo Netflix;ix sul tuo portatile una opzione per la grande TV montata a muro. È un liceo modesto sul 9° piano. Se hai bisogno di un negozio di comodità, c'è un grande Lidl vicino alla porta!

Il personale di pulizia ha rubato un paio di scarpe dalla nostra stanza! Questo sembra incredibile, ma è successo. Quando abbiamo capito che il paio di scarpe mancava, abbiamo chiamato la ricezione per chiederle. Risposero: “Sì, è normale, la signora della pulizia deve aver preso le scarpe, abbiamo aspettato che il personale ricevesse una risposta invece che ridevano di noi, completamente insopportabile e disonesto. Dopo aver aspettato con nessuna risposta, abbiamo lasciato l'hotel, rubano un paio di scarpe! Consapevi di questa situazione, se rubano scarpe sicuri di poter prendere altre cose preziose dalla vostra stanza, pericoloso luogo di soggiorno. Oltre al furto, questo è il mio parere di questo hotel: - personale non educato, arrogante, sadico alla reception, sono insopportabili, lenti, lenti. Ti lasceranno aspettare per minuti, evitando il contatto oculare. Una volta che avete avuto la vostra attenzione, vi trattano come un subuomo, e si diverte a far aspettare le persone. Vedete nei loro volti quando si strippano mentre il sospetto sta andando male. Inoltre, prestate attenzione al vostro conto, la ragazza ha detto: Olivia ha cercato di farci pagare di più, Il personale spaventoso, come quello di Figueroa Street a Los Angeles (google it), le ragazze sembrano S-T-R-I-P-E-RS a buon mercato e i ragazzi come P-I-M-P-S. Olivia e Kate non dovrebbero mai lavorare in ospitalità. Sono brutti, insopportabili, arroganti, ti fanno avere una cattiva impressione di popoli. L'hotel si trova in una strada piena di persone schizzi, ubriachi, ecc. Piccola camera, nessun frigo, nessun tè/caffe'. Come membro di Marriott Bonvoy e un lungo viaggio, posso dire che questa è la peggiore esperienza dell'hotel. Una vergogna totale per questa marca. Equipe di gestione sono chiaramente non professionali. Evitare a qualsiasi costo, si potrebbe finire per essere rubati dal personale.

The hotel is located in an old building, recently renovated, but not extremely well highlighted by the other surrounding buildings. The room is spacious, comfortable, with an extremely interesting lighting system. My husband and I came to Szczecin on Friday for a family gathering. On Saturday morning, I got up early, and simply asked the reception if he spoke English. The man laughed and said that he didn't, in pretty good English, then just walked away. Then I asked another woman if it was possible to just get a cup of coffee, which in other hotels really isn´t an issue. She was not helpful, not even answering, just pacing back and forth, mumbling to herself in English.. It was not what I would consider, normal behavior... Then, I tried asking another receptionist if there was a place where I could buy coffee. The look on her face was as if I kicked her in the face. She could simply NOT be bothered. Then.. one day before check-out (today) I called down to the reception because we had not been given new towels, and asked for towels. This was 20 minutes ago... No towels; meaning I had to find a maid myself and get the towels... I honestly can not wait to get the h*** out of here. I have ONLY been met with staff that is unfriendly and rude or simply ignores us. Great rooms, great pool area, but the staff.... Yikes.

Durante il mio recente soggiorno a Szczecin sono rimasto due notti in questo hotel che ho prenotato su Internet prima. Dopo aver letto le valutazioni degli altri clienti, sapevo che l'hotel offre un comfort di base per un prezzo accettabile, vale a dire 90 € per due notti e un letto semplice in una stanza di 10 m2, incluso il colazione. Il miglior prezzo del momento in questa città e nella stessa categoria di alloggio. Un edificio veteus parzialmente rinnovato dall'interno, in particolare il bagno nella camera. Il personale è simpatico e accogliente, ma la barriera linguistica rimane con alcuni dipendenti che non sanno bene l'inglese. La principale difficoltà è stata trovare l'hotel ”nascoste” dietro l'edificio della facolta' di diritto sulla strada.
