Il personale era così caldo e bello. L'hotel era molto pulito. Molto buona posizione. Abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza mentre rimaneva in questo hotel. In ogni caso, è fantastico! La posizione è molto vicina al Teatro dell'opera e al porto di Darwin, quindi è molto adatta. Il personale della reception è davvero fantastico, Quando ho fatto le formalità di imbarco, non sono ancora in grado di entrare nella stanza, perché è mattina, ma ha controllato se dovevo fare il bagno e ha controllato se dovevo lasciare il bagaglio.E'stato finito. Quando sono andato a prendere il bagaglio, mi ha chiesto di andare in taxi all'aeroporto. Non era facile arrivare, ma ha preso un taxi con la pioggia. In attesa, ha fornito acqua di guaina di miniera. La bellezza della stanza è mostrata nella figura! Le strutture sono anche ricche. Che sollievo quando ho controllato il Radisson Blu Plaza Sydney! Aveva un totale disaccoppiamento dal porto di Sydney Marriott a due isolati. Marriott è 3-star fingendo di essere un 5-star. Radisson è un 5-star presentando come un 5-star. Radisson è a miglia da ogni aspetto rispetto al Marriott, le camere sono molto meglio, più moderne e più moderne, e il colazione è molto meglio! Bagno con tubo è una gioia rispetto al Marriott che non hanno nemmeno una porta che separa la doccia.

Location drew me to Establishment, situated near some of my favourite restaurants in Sydney and close to the venue where I was doing business. Establishment delivers for location. I also chose Establishment for a little bit of luxury to break a heavy work schedule and it did not live up to expectation. It seems to be a great party crash hotel for the bucks/hens night with few services that really speak to the time poor luxury business traveller. It’s beautifully styled with a comfortable bed, but that is about the limit. It’s the services and the quality of the room features that let it down. No 24 hour room service and a menu that is not reflective of the quality of the food precinct it’s situated in. (I went out to get an excellent take away breakfast that I brought back to my room rather than order anything from the scant breakfast menu that looked like a take away menu). I left my computer power charger at home, but concierge could not help me with one to borrow or ideas on where I could buy a replacement. The bath is very narrow and not much hot water - I boiled the kettle to get it a bit warmer. Hunter products in the bathroom but there was no hair conditioner and few of the little luxuries that you would expect in such a stylish bathroom such as extra towels, make up mirrors/lighting, an extra soap for the bath. The room fittings are pretty tired and scuffed up. It’s certainly ready for a bit of a renovation/ refresh. The carpet looks like it’s seem some amazing parties. The room, particularly the bathroom, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. The bathroom shower curtain was really dirty and needs to be replaced. Lots of marks on the walls and scuff marks on furniture - looks tired and a bit worn out. There is no dedicated space to work for business travellers, other than a long table near the window but I had to sit on the bed. Inside the lift the small seating looks like it had seen some parties as well and not clean enough to sit on. No hand sanitiser anywhere. This was the most expensive room rate for the CBD area I wanted to be in, and the result was disappointing. As a lover of boutique hotels, I was looking forward to staying here, but based on this experience I won’t return and can’t recommend this one.

Ho organizzato un gruppo di 74 anni di età, una riunione 50 anni dopo il diploma di medicina. Tutti erano così felici. Il GM Klaus era molto aziendale nel organizzare un 'diner' gala per noi in una stanza separata. Il personale del desk è cortese e utile. Le camere erano piccole - ma molto elegantemente progettate. L'illuminazione sottile e piacevole. Le letti comodi. Raccomando questo hotel a chiunque. Grazie.

4 night stay for Vivid. Chose this as an Accor member and that it was close to the Harbour. Upgraded to a Prestige Suite, Club benefits and was not disappointed. Yes the building is not new, it’s not like the shiny new hotels in town, but it’s solid and my sleeps were uninterrupted and rarely heard noise from the hall. My Suite 930 was spacious, clean, well appointed, Sofitel Bed topper and electric sockets to plug in my adapters to charge. Like other reviews no USB ports but I’m sure most sensible travellers have an adapter. The Club Sofitel access was the perfect addition. Early check-in and waited with a hot tea while my suite was made up. It was 9:30am but the room was rushed and 30 minutes later I was unpacking. Evening canapés and drinks from 5:30pm. Table drink service by Alley and her dedicated, personable, attentive team. They remember your preferences pretty quickly and it became an oasis from Vivid hoping and sightseeing. My suite completely blocked out the light and slept through 2 alarms, it’s the Sofitel Bed topper. Breakfast at Club Sofitel, peaceful, plenty of options to choose from, salmon and capers to a great gluten free station, eggs cooked to order and a great way to start the day. Try the Dilmah Blood Orange and Eucalyptus tea. Thanks Lara. Afternoon Tea served from 2:30 and daily sandwiches , scones, cakes and complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft. On entering the Club Lounge, always a friendly greeting, your preferred drink served and a relaxing space anytime of the day. The Club team really made my stay, they work really hard to make your stay great. Housekeeping always made up my room before my afternoon return. Always a Bonjour as you walked past them in the hall. My stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby is grand and the history of this hotel makes her great. Not the newest but I prefer tradition and good honest service. Definitely not the style of hotel for everyone but my expectations were met and exceeded beyond imagination. Club Sofitel is a must. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a pleasant stay with great amenities, convenient location and impeccable service and hospitality. However, our room had dirty sheets stained with feces. TV was not able to work the netflix and casting option but reception tried to assist to the best of their knowledge. It was honestly a good place to stay at regardless, worth the $ .

Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Room was a 1 bedroom apartment and very well appointed. I did have to ask for coffee and teabags to be replaced and that did not happen but I could have simply got some from reception if a big issue. There is no restaurant or coffee bar in the hotel but plenty of options outside or the kitchen could be used for making yourself

Il bar di cocktail Dean & Nancy è stato chiuso (aperto solo mercoledì e sabato). Volevamo nuotare nella piscina, ma l'acqua non sembrava essere riscaldata a 24 gradi, come ci è stato detto. La stanza è molto confortevole e moderna, ma può fare un po' meglio con la pulizia. Il serbatoio non riempiva il tè/caffè/liquido di lavaggio, ma anche il contenitore di lavaggio del corpo nel doccia era vuoto, che era un po' scomodo, perché dovevamo uscire dal doccia e prendere un po' dal docciatore nel bacino. Abbiamo avuto due prenotazioni separate durante le due notti, e abbiamo chiesto al check-in di collegare le due prenotazioni, per poter rimanere nella stessa stanza, che è stato riconosciuto. Ma il secondo giorno, quando siamo tornati all'hotel dopo aver lasciato il colazione tardi, la carta d'accesso non funzionava, quindi dovremmo andare alla ricezione e fare il check-in. Avremmo potuto fare entrambi il primo giorno, o almeno averci detto che avremmo dovuto riattivare le chiavi il secondo giorno.

The good thing about this hotel is the location - the light rail is outside the building on George St. Wynyard train station is also very close by. Woolworths Metro is across George street but is not open on the weekends. A Coles Express is above the Wynyard station and is open on the weekends. I booked an executive studio apartment based on the description of being newly refurbished. The apartment was large - 38sq m and I liked the bedroom being separated from the kitchen and lounge (down 2 steps). This apartment is looking tired, especially in the bathroom and needs maintenance. The entrance door showed signs of water damage as did the bathroom and the cupboard in the bedroom. When I enquired when the apartment was refurbished I was told 2019 - not so newly refurbished. One of the lights in the bedroom did not work and the USB ports in the kitchen area didn't work. The kitchen sink plug was missing but was replaced satisfactorily on the second attempt. The balcony was closed - no access which I'm guessing was due to the cladding on the outside of the building needing to be replaced due to a fire hazard. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. Housekeeping is upon request only. The washing machine and dryer worked fine however a drying rack would have been useful.

Reservato attraverso Agoda è stato sotto l'impressione paga quando arrivate Agoda ha inviato un'e-mail 5 giorni prima della nostra arrivo dichiarando che hanno cercato di prendere il pagamento ma il pagamento non è stato possibile Ho contattato il Grand hotel spiegando questo hanno trovato la prenotazione & mi ha detto il La prenotazione sarà buona e potremmo pagare all'arrivo. Abbiamo arrivato per controllare che non potevano trovare la prenotazione dopo circa un'ora dopo ci hanno offerto una camera gemella, anche ho chiesto di sistemare il nostro viaggio di ritorno il manager ha detto che sarebbe buona. Dopo aver trascorso 2 giorni a Canberra siamo tornati all'hotel per scoprire che non c'era nessuna prenotazione dopo aver chiamato l'hotel in mattinata non avevano prenotazione per noi. Il manager ha detto al telefono che ci avrebbe prenotato per le 2 notti che volevamo Quando arrivai al hotel senza prenotazione per le nostre 2 notti parlava al manager di servizio ci ha detto che potevano solo offrirci una stanza per una notte non felice ha menzionato un altro hotel sulla strada che li abbiamo chiamati ma è stato prenotato dopo aver parlato con il manager che abbiamo preso la stanza per la 1 notte e abbiamo prenotato un altro hotel a Darling Harbour per l'altra notte il manager ci ha offerto un pasto gratuito al ristorante che abbiamo preso il ristorante bello i nostri pasti erano approssimativamente valuti a $150.00 tutte le bevande incluse buon pasto Le camere non sono Aria condizionata bagni molto date piccole solo 2 bagni e 2 toletta sul pavimento. L'ascensore è vecchio si deve aprire e chiudere le porte manualmente molto pesanti molto brutte quando si tratta del bagaglio. Anche l'ascensore era fuori servizio l'altra sera quando eravamo lì, dovevo andare fino al quinto piano, perché l'ascensore era bloccato al seminterrato qualcuno (la gente) non ha chiuso completamente le porte, così l'ascensore era bloccato lì.

The size of the room was stated when we booked, so no surprises there. Most importantly the room was clean. All staff were very friendly. The atmosphere is sometimes what 'makes a place' & this was the case for us. I'm sorry I didn't ask your name, but the barista rostered on the morning of Saturday 25th March 2023, you're amazing, not only do you make magnificent hot chocolate & my partner said your coffee was also fantastic, but your 'people skills' are exceptional!! Ibis Barangaroo is lucky to have you :-) We were also surprised to find the 'Archibald' exhibition on the hotel premises, we really enjoyed this & over two mornings saw many customers smile at this experience also. This gallery certainly complimented our stay, well done to all involved.

Viaggi di lavoro e di famiglia. Viviamo a West Sydney e abbiamo deciso di uscire in città una notte con una famiglia. Il mio partner lavora in città, così conveniente posizione hotel all'ufficio e tutti gli altri grandi negozi e ristoranti. Basicamente tutto a vostra porta. La nostra stanza era pronta alle 12:00, così mia figlia e io potevo controllare che era utile per poter lasciare le valigie. Per la prima volta per noi abbiamo un minibar complimentare con bevande che ci piaceva, così abbiamo sfruttato appieno! E' stata una bella sorpresa, grazie a Grace Hotel!Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con due letti matrimoniali, così potremmo spingerli insieme, così abbiamo avuto un letto grande da condividere con il piccolo che dormiva tra noi. Solo più facile di usare un cappotto. Direi che è più comoda. Se rimarremmo più a lungo, avremmo usato i vestiti, i pantaloni e il cibo. Non la nostra prima volta che restiamo alla Grace e certamente non sarà la nostra ultima. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità. Raccomandiamo molto questo hotel!! 👌 ⭐️👌⭐️👌

La mia famiglia di 4 si trovava in questo tesoro eclectico. Amichevole e accogliente personale e una posizione fantastica. È nel cuore della città e meno di un blocco dalla stazione ferroviaria per accedere facilmente a qualsiasi attrazione. Le tonne di shopping e ristoranti bloccano e un bel ristorante sul sito. L'edificio è affascinante e bella, ristrutturato in stile originale ed eleganza. Letti solidi e lana di qualità, che è un'ossessione della mia in vacanza. È stato sorprendente vedere la resistenza e la busta della città, ma il rumore dalla strada non ha invaso la nostra stanza. Questa era un'oasi perfetta, nel mezzo di tutto! Amiamo il nostro soggiorno!!!
