Hotel a Sydney

"It was a very pleasant and elegant place to visit. However, as noted by the receptionist, there has been some problems with the ventilator system, which causes dust particles to be more prominent. The ambience was extraordinary and the view was scenic, however obstructed by another tall building, at least for room 2016"

"The hotel is near to the metro station. There are shopping malls and dining room nearby. Front staff is friendly and helpful. The room is cozy, neat and tidy. It kinda feel like home Cooking area are well equipped and all are properly functioned. The washing machine and dryer are well performed as well. Overall, a spectacular place to stay overnight in Sydney. I will consider to stay here whenever I travel to Australia in the future 😸😸"

"Ho detto al personale dell'hotel W il mese scorso che sarei tornato e qui sono io! Questa volta ho prenotato una stanza di vista della città invece della vista del porto. Adoro ancora l'atmosfera, bello e tranquillo. Hanno accolto la mia richiesta, così grato. La stanza è davvero tesa e pulita. Grazie, W Hotel. Sarei sicuramente tornato!"

"One metro station (Mascot) from domestic airport. This apartment is only 5 min-walk from the Mascot metro stn and the vicinity has many restaurants (mainly Eastern) and supermarkets or pharmacy. Very new cozy spacious and moden apartment with alp kinds of necessary amenities as one's home. Actual payment has to be made at the reception although preauthorisation of my credit card had been made upon booking online. Extra fees for credit cards will be charged and cash is acceptable only to the limit AUD100. So at the end I paid hybrid to minimise the extra charges for credit card. I think this apartment should have prepared online prepayment to avoid the hassle. We could hear all the noise of airplanes inside our room, but not much a problem for us since we oniy stayed one night and noise was much reduced after shutting the door and window. Overall a very cozy stay."

"Good location. Next to Central Station. But they don’t give you any shampoo, shower gel so you have to bring yours to use . PLEASE have a board/paper at the door to remind people to close the door GENTLY."

"The location of the hotel is very convenient. There was a false fire alarm incident while I was living on the first floor of the hotel. When i went out of the room, I found it not easy to find the original exit as the black door was closed by someone. i would think the floor plan of the first floor is rather not straight forward."

"Booked 10 nights for a business trip. Suite is huge and equipped with sufficient amenities for long stays (e.g., kitchen, gym). However, service can be improved. My room phone didn’t work since the first day. Reception came up and said it has to be fixed by the service provider. When asked when it’ll be fixed, the staff said he’s unsure as he has to wait for the service provider to update him. One day, my duvet sheets came off and made me noticed that the duvet was stained. I was grossed out by it so requested for a change, twice. They mentioned that housekeeping missed my request the first time, but after the second notification, they apparently still missed it. Till the last day, the duvet was still unchanged. Hairdryer was really old which emitted a strange whirring motor sound when I used it, but it was still usable. On the second last night, smoke started emitting from the hairdryer. This, the staff manage to rectify the next day…. Overall stay was ok, but service could really be improved."

"Excellent location close to metro and train. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Room size is excellent with nice layouts and service is excelletnt as well. Offer a nice free coffee bar in the moning at the lobby. The only draw back we found is the washing/dryer machine in our unit is very dirty. Plus the program to wash and dry takes over 4 hours which is way longer than it should be."

"Stayed two more nights after the Sydney Marathon. On the last night there was unexpected road work which was very noisy and was expected to continue until mid-night. The staff member at the reception (male with glasses) and the manager (Ms Sarah) on duty that night arranged for us to move to a room facing Hyde Park - the side that was not affected by the road work - so we were able to sleep. It was not easy as there were conferences and events going on at the hotel that night. BIG THANK YOU to both of them!!"
