What a fab little hotel! I had to find a place to stay on short notice when my flat became uninhabitable. The beds were comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. I loved the pool area (especially on a scorching hot day!), food was delicious and the staff were lovely and very accommodating. I ended up staying an extra two days on top of my original booking. Would stay again. Thank you!

Nice pool but room was extremely hot and humid...the air con just didn't do anything and we had to get someone to bring us a fan. As such we only got about 2 hrs sleep. Others staying also made the same comment.

Staff were very helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy the pool or pool bar.

Lovely little boutique hotel with a very lively bar!! Room was a little impractical with no desk and no proper curtain covering the small patio door (really sucks being woken up by sunlight when you're jetlagged!!), but loved everything else about it. The staff were fantastic!!

Beyond the standard expectations of appointments in a hotel room ( which were great) for me a hotel is more about the customer experience and how they make you feel. I was warmly welcomed by Dillon and explained all facilities. Later I requested an iron which arrived immediately. Everything a pleasure nothing a problem. The hotel pool bar is also great place good food cocktails n winelist. And the ground floor cafe/bar makes great coffee. Highly recommend this place. Fab location. Thankyou Oxford team

I can’t believe the terrible customer service I have experienced from Oxford House. I made a booking of 7 rooms for my hens weekend. This booking has been cancelled by Oxford house, without reason and it’s only 2 weeks out from my event. I have been called by very junior staff members, who give me unclear answers as to why my booking is being cancelled, without any reasonable resolution. I would not recommend booking Oxford House for any important events, because you could very easily have the same experience as me where your booking is cancelled last minute and without reason!!!
