Hotel in zona Bankstown City Gardens, Sydney

Seconda permanenza qui, e quasi come il mio primo anno in ritardo (camera e vista leggermente meglio da 10 ° piano con vista sulla Bankstown Oval l'anno scorso, che dal 6 ° piano in questa occasione). Tuttavia, molto pulita, buona TV e qualità nelle camere. pressione dell'acqua buona; lavatrice di corpo di qualità e umidificatore forniti nel bagno. Un'altra volta mi è piaciuto il set di ristoranti convenientemente situato nel club sportivo adiacente. Kevin e il suo collega erano eccezionalmente caldi e di aiuto al nostro arrivo.

Il personale era fantastico e molto accogliente, facile controllo di servizio al bar. Camere dove buono e pulito, ben adattato per una famiglia di 4 come noi. La nostra camera aveva due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. Abbondante parcheggio sul lato dell'hotel anche. Grande pub anche.

Fantastic hotel and close to everything in each direction you take. Train station on 2 minute walk with plenty of surrounding shops for huge of amount of food outlets,drinks,haircuts,ect ect the list goes on..major shopping centre less then 5 min walk(kmart,coles,big-W,woolworths ect) Easy check-in friendly hotel staff Room was fantastic for just under a week stay for a function over at the sports club Comfortable bed with decent pillow,very clean room and bathroom were it looks like its brandnew or renovated or cleaned well after each patron,kettle,tv aircon in rooms usb outlet in the wall.Did bring earplugs for my stay as it is next to the road where you might get sound of traffic or the pedisatrian walk beeps allnight which i was warned about earlier anyhows. Easy check out with a drop box on the wall on the way out for early morning departures.

You’ll want to read this, its GREAT!!! My partner and I checked into the Greenacre Hotel on November 24th. After checking in, the desk clerk brought us to the entrance of the hotel building and handed us our room card keys. He then said to us “ The bathrooms are located down the hall outside of your room so don’t leave your room without your cards. You also need them to get into the building so make sure to always have your card on you. I don’t want to receive a call in the middle of the night that you’re locked out of your room”. Totally reasonable , I can understand how that could be frustrating. Many people, throughout the night, forgot their cards in their rooms. How do I know this? They body checked themselves against their door screaming “ let me in”. That wasn’t even the bad part. That I could put up with. The next day, my partner and I woke up early because we had an International Flight to catch. My partner went downstairs to load the car and then I followed about 10 minutes later. When I came outside the building, my partner shouted something at me but it was to late. The door to the building shut behind me. What my partner yelled at me was “ Don’t let the door close, the card isn’t working”. When I tried my card on the door, it just beeped and flashed red. I tried my partners card, the same thing happened. We were locked out and we had to return our rental car within the hour and catch our flight. I immediately called the desk clerk/manager. I told him what happened and his response was “ What do you want me to do, I’m in bed”……..well here’s an idea for you, GET OUT OF BED!!!!!!! I WAS FURIOUS!!! We had both of our cards and it was nowhere near checkout time!!! What kind of response is that, here’s the correct response: “ Oh my goodness, I am so sorry sir. I am currently unavailable but I will send someone there to open the door. Again I cannot apologize enough, this is totally unacceptable. Please send me an email at your earliest convenience and I will provide some kind of compensation, this is truly unacceptable. There will be someone there within the next half hour. Here’s my personal number in case he doesn’t show.” But of course that was not his response. After a bit of arguing, he let me know that someone was going to be opening up the bar downstairs within the next half hour. So, we waited. After a half hour, a gentlemen did show up and I have to give him praise. He moved with urgency and at the end of the day got us back into the building and we made our flight. I still can’t get over “ I’m in bed” , what is that! I’ve worked in the tourism industry for 5 years and this whole experience was just totally unprofessional. I’m looking forward to your response.

Positives - Easily accessible bus stop right out front - ID and card details to check in so no annoying bond held - EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! The lady at check in was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like a valued guest which is so refreshing as having stayed in many budget price point accommodations over the years great customer service is definitely not the norm so I thank them greatly for that. - Excellent price point paid $85 for the night - Great standard of cleaning - Quiet - Microwave available in common area Negatives - The plastic stool was very short and uncomfortable. - No tea bags or anything in the room, says all removed due to COVID prevention but doesn’t really make sense considering everything e.g. soap bars, bed sheets, are all going to be handled and put in the room so how individually packaged coffee/tea is higher risk I don’t understand.

L'aeroporto è conveniente per fare una carta di bus opal e andare ovunque vuoi. Volevo ripetere la notte, perché non c'è una stanza?Insomma, il rapporto di prezzo è troppo alto, la prossima volta a Sydney.

Sempre un grande posto per soggiornare. Le camere sono sempre molto pulite e tedesche. La posizione è grande per noi, perché di solito restiamo qui per affari. Ho prenotato tre camere dell'hotel per mio marito e i suoi compagni, chiedendomi i dettagli della carta di credito, assicurandomi che non usassero la carta di credito, perché gli avevo detto che mio marito avrebbe pagato in contanti per tutte e tre le camere. Quando il gruppo è arrivato all'hotel, gli hanno detto che c'era solo una camera familiare disponibile, quindi l'hanno presa. E' stata solo una notte. Poi ho capito che l'hotel mi aveva pagato per tre camere individuali, e un'ulteriore tassa per la camera familiare. Ho chiamato l'hotel e mi hanno assicurato che non era stato fatto, ho sostenuto che era stato fatto, e non lo avrebbero accettato. Ho contattato le persone della mia carta di credito, mi hanno detto che la controllerebbero, e ora mi hanno appena ripreso (3 mesi dopo) e mi hanno detto che deve andare tutto bene, perché il mercante ha fornito una ricetta per tutte le tre camere e il costo aggiuntivo. Quindi hanno tenuto i miei dettagli di credito, hanno fatto tutto attraverso la macchina Eftpos, che si può fare come io gestisco la mia attività, e hanno raccolto i soldi senza esitazione. Stai lontano da questo hotel. Sono completamente stupida.
