Hotel in zona Cottage Road (Bernard Lind Drive) Playground, Sydney

Abbiamo prenotato per 2 notti usando un app. Quando prenota due notti direttamente, sarà più costoso di prenotare due notti separatamente. La prima notte, l'app suggeriva una camera di disabili. Ho detto alla signora al divano di fronte se quella stanza è necessaria per qualcuno che ha bisogno, non mi importa di cambiare.La stanza ha un po'di spazio più della seconda stanza che avevamo, ma in generale direi molto più pulito ... con un odore divertente. La seconda stanza, appena entrate, si profumava umida e molta; c’erano molte sul tetto della camera da bagno e intorno al tubo; due delle tole erano smontate come se fossero già usate, e aveva solo un set di toletta per un soggiorno di due persone. C'erano bug squarciati sul muro. Nel letto sembrava che qualcuno si fosse messo su di esso con le scarpe. (Vedi le foto) Tutti i membri del personale sono molto carini. Ho chiesto di asciugare le tue tovaglie e le caselle di polso, e la signora al tavolo frontale li ha portati nella nostra stanza.

Il personale di check-in era molto accogliente e amichevole. La stanza era molto meglio di quanto si aspettasse. Il personale di casa era molto amichevole. In-all una molto piacevole esperienza. Il nostro hotel era stato prenotato per un periodo di tempo di circa un anno ( forse anche decenni) e non avevamo la memoria più favorevole. Tuttavia, all’arrivo, le emozioni meno favorevoli erano rapidamente sputate. Il personale di check-in era molto amichevole. L’hotel deve aver avuto un grande sollevamento facciale dal soggiorno precedente. Tutto era pulito, ben mantenuto e amichevole. Non c'era nulla di negativo, una buona e piacevole permanenza.

Running a motel in Cape Breton is hard. Kelly’s view is an updated vintage Maritime motel . It was sourced for us by a family member for the August long weekend, not far in advance, when there was little availability. Therefore, if it had turned out to be terrible, it would have been chalked up to ‘experience’. Check in was quick, easy and friendly around 10 pm. They’re were expecting one more traveler. I’m guessing I met Ron, but I don’t know. Room#7 was fine. It was clean, had two queen sized beds, and did not have a musty smell. The TV worked well and picture quality was excellent. The bathroom has had no faults so far. Yes, it’s on a highway. That’s a plus when you are traveling in the dark! I hear cars and trucks passing by, but it’s not city noise. No, it does not have sir conditioning. North America and the world are experiencing a heat wave of unprecedented proportions and this Cape Breton motel does not need AC. At least we did not last night! It was fine! My bed was fine . Firm, but I slept well. Linens were clean, fresh, and while not like hotel linen in some Hilton’s etc, they were fine. Reading responses from Audrey to some reviews, I was pleased to hear they used the sun to dry their linen. That’s hard work! So, first impressions were great, and I would definitely stay here again.
