Where to start?! Me and my family and a few cousins went together. Seemed like a lovely place at first, beautiful view of the ocean. We split the bill in 3. First it took longer than expected but we didn’t think of anything at first. But then it took way to long time and they started serving people who got there after us! We waited for over an hour!! And they kept on giving us the wrong order. Turns out they had lost our orders! The chef said he had no idea what time the orders came in so he couldn’t make out food. Don’t come here unless you’re ready to wait over an hour to get the wrong meal.

As recurring guests, we excused this one particular receptionist for perhaps having a bad day. This time we experienced her just as rude and with no effort to try to secure the guests luggage between checkout and a couple of hours until the ferry arrived. If says that they can stir luggage, but it is just dropping it off in the reception wherever you find a place around a couch and a table. Some guests had had their luggage stolen the same weekend we were there, but still this rude receptionist basically told us to leave when we asked if there was a more secure option to watch the luggage as we waited for the ferry… She left us with a feeling that she did not want or need guests to stay there. Another thing, for 3.900 SEK / night we expected the same good breakfast as last year, but this was a very different experience. No fresh fruit and just some slises of cucumber. Very low quality and hard scrambled eggs, no croissant like last year.. we felt the cuts in quality on everything from toilet paper to having no soap/shampoo for the shower and the bad breakfast was due to some construction work that was going on around there. We found out there are a couple it other never and cooler options for next time. Never setting our feet in this place ever again.

Dirty and ugly. Not possible to change rooms nor get money back. Nobody need to stay at this hotel to that price. Too expensive and very little service. Old and need heavy rebuilding and repairs. Try other hotels or RBB at the island or just visit for a day.

No, no, no. Could have been something great, but the standard is just pathetic.. A hotel/hostel that is run down and rooms in decay. So disappointed when you pay + €200 for a room. Not worth it and will not come back. This is just the result of, we can and we will. No respect for the building, customer or the fantastic surroundings. But charge they can.
