Hotel con piscina a Stockbridge

Upon arriving at this hotel I was impressed with the customer service by the front desk agent I believe her name was Paige( awesome service). However later is where the service went extremely badddd. My 15 year old son went to the front desk to ask for a”set of sheets”....I didn't know this was a problem. They sent my son back upstairs and told him someone will bring it to room..fine no problem. Problem started after my son entered the room I received a phone call from a manager with the most condescending , disrespectful and unprofessional tone as if she is speaking to a child and not a guest. She had the nerve to ask me the parent ” what is going on up there. If the kids is sleeping on the floor this is unlawful. There are two beds so why we need a extra sheet. I had to explained we are a family of 4 and there are 2 kids one of kid need a sheet for themselves Should I have divulge of my kids disabilty and reason just for an extra sheet. Why do I owe her an explanation of my family sleeping arrangement in our room. She contined to ask why we need the sheets if set of sheets is what we want or just single sheet as if how dare we ask or an extra sheet. I was offended by the approach of this manager and held my composer after dealing with her in a respectful manner which was what she should given to me. My husband overheard the conversation and was very upset 😡 that he called the front desk the let them know how rude the manager was. Couple seconds after that the same manager brought ”a sheet”up to our room. I took personally to confront her and let her know I was offended by her approach. It only got worse. She denied ever speaking to me like how she did. Plus have the nerve to say I may be sneaking people in my room and passing the maximum limit for the room. I asked her if she had checked my reservation on the system and as clear as she can see in my room I have correct limit or amount that should be in this room (506). The interrogation is beyond me.Still inappropriate why address someone apparently she does not know this SMH. Embarrassing. She went further to say I was upset ”of course I am duhhhh” and I don't know what she had said. The nerve of this lady. I had tell her I have over 15 years of hotel management so for a fact your approach is wrong. I had to tell her that denial of your action shows how unprofessional she is. My husband was appalled by her behavior he told her to have a good night and closed the door. She did not know to eliminate or minimize and most of all correct an issue. This manager needs a whole lot training. I realize a lot of reviews are about this manager. This is my first night here but certainly it is my last. Beautiful hotel and wonderful front desk agents but that manager is a disappointment and is VERY rude.

Ho portato la mia famiglia per colazione prima di andare a casa e sono stata incontrata dalla signora Terry.Lasciate che vi dica di chi è andato sopra e oltre.Ha lavorato con i miei figli, ha chiesto le nostre vacanze e quanto divertenti erano. Ci ha controllati per tutta la colazione per assicurarsi che non ci fosse bisogno di niente. Ha mantenuto la zona di colazione, la linea di buffet e ha tenuto il cibo a disposizione. Ha fatto tutto questo, mentre ha ancora salutato e chiesto alle persone di stare. Apprezzo tutto quello che ha fatto per rendere la nostra mattina migliore.

E'stato buono e pulito. Mi sono divertito nel microtel Stockbridge ga.

Stayed here because I was returning a rental car to Hartsfield Airport early the next morning. Not wanting to drive all the way from Macon early, the fiancé and I stayed here. I was a bit leery about staying at a Red Roof after my previous experience at the one which is closer to the airport, but after staying at this Red Roof, my concerns went away. The young lady behind the counter, even with her first day being back to work after a long vacation, was very friendly to my fiancé and I. We had a room with a king sized bed, which was very comfortable, and everything in the room worked as it should have. I did not hear any noises, especially traffic, as this hotel is literally off of I-75. Check out was very easy, and the staff were still as friendly as the young lady was the night before. This will be my new hotel to stay at when I either have an early morning flight or if I’m returning a rental car to Hartsfield.

Impromptu si ferma a casa dal viaggio stradale. Stiamo sempre fermando presso gli Inn di Quality, ecc. mentre sulla strada. Una volta passato Atlanta abbiamo visto questo in. Aveva malintesi dall'inizio a causa di posizione isolata. E' stato ulteriormente intensificato quando sono entrato nel lobby e ho preso l'odore nell'aria. Mi sentivo come se fossi entrato in un negozio Hookah Parlor/ CDB ..... A quel tempo il mio partito aveva prenotato le camere, quindi ho lasciato andare. Il membro del personale del desk era gentile e piacevole. L'uomo nel lobby che contava una pila di biglietti da un dollaro e parlava incomprensibile non era. L'hotel è data e ha bisogno di un'effettiva aggiornamento. Porte, carpette, ecc. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Infatti, quando hanno dichiarato che la loro camera originale non era stata pulita e che i letti non erano stati costruiti, ho ignorato il grido di una delle camere che abbiamo lasciato la mattina. Non ci siamo fermati a mangiare il colazione complimentare.Per diverse ragioni. Non volevamo spazzare via. Solo commenti.
