"La camera è molto bella, pulita, spaziosa e arredata. Nel secondo piano c'è un comodo accesso a un balcone per andare fuori e osservare la zona. Il personale è gentile e accogliente e il colazione è adeguato. Durante il mio soggiorno, un orribile si avvicinò (vedi foto!) così la piscina era chiusa e alcune strutture non erano disponibili, ma aveva ancora un piacevole soggiorno! Consigliare questo hotel a chiunque nella zona. Inoltre, il centro e la storia di St. Augustine meritano una visita, ci sono molte cose da vedere e godere."

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at this venue for two nights for our trip to St. Augustine. The hotel was very clean and had been recently updated. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. We immediately felt comfortable there.
On the first day, we went to breakfast at 9:30. There were no egg products available and a couple of bits of sausage. There were NO FORKS!!! We spoke to the person who oversaw the breakfast and she apologized and said there were no forks. I complained to the front desk and they agreed to take the parking charge ($20/day) from our bill. The following day, the breakfast was fully stocked, even forks!
This hotel is a gem. Close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

UUtente ospiteIt was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

La colazione è deliziosa! È stato un bel colazione servito, e vista sull'acqua, fantastico!
Ho due suggerimenti che renderebbero il mio rating un 5.
I piani della nostra stanza erano abbastanza sporchi da rendere le mie sorelle nuove, pulite, bianche, nere.
La telecamera è caduta dietro la console di vestire/frenatura. Quando l'ho scivolato dal muro per recuperare la telecamera, era piuttosto sporco.
Il doccia può essere stato pulito, ma forse a causa della grotta marrone, sembrava sporco. Ci interrogavamo sulla pulizia, dopo aver visto le calze di mia sorella,& scelse di non usare il doccia .😬
Come suggerimento, mettendo un po' di nastro riflettente, di pittura o di luce nelle diverse altezze di passo ( mio fratello 83 anni in legge ha perso il passo, portando la nostra auto parcheggiata, e si è caduto, diventando molto abbattuto).
In generale, nonostante le osservazioni negative, ci è stato divertimento il nostro soggiorno, la posizione, & resta qui di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteWe enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Vilano Beach. It was a close walk to a beautiful, clean beach. We were told the pool wasn’t warm, but turned out it was! We skipped swimming because we weren’t aware until it was too late. The breakfast was great and well stocked. We paid a little extra for a balcony but the view wasn’t good. Don’t waste your money on a balcony. We paid for valet parking which ended up not being necessary. There is plenty of street parking. It was overall a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

L'unico negativo per noi era l'odore del lobby. Non eravamo fan del freschiere d'aria, era forte, era un buon soggiorno e lo consigliamo.

UUtente ospiteIl Ponce è un hotel più vecchio con molta fascino e carattere, che è quello che stavo cercando. E 'stato ben mantenuto e aggiornato. Il personale era molto accogliente e accogliente. La camera era tranquilla, pulita e confortevole.Il letto era estremamente confortevole. La Ponce è a 15 minuti a piedi o a breve distanza dal sito storico di St. Augustine. Negozi, ristoranti, salone e spa sono a pochi minuti. Il Ponce è sull'acqua, e anche se il ristorante non fa fronte all'acqua, la vista è bella.
Il ristorante dell'hotel, il DeLeon, è un ristorante colombiano. Il cibo era delizioso e autentico! Non posso aspettare di mangiare di nuovo.
Ho dato al Ponce Hotel un rating di A+++++. Devo anche ricordare che ho lasciato un paio di orecchini di diamante nella mia stanza, e entro un'ora di check-out, Negar, il ricevitore del desktop dell'hotel, mi ha chiamato per farmi sapere, e i miei orecchini sono inviati a me. Questa onesta e straordinaria strada è stata raramente vista oggi, e sono stato estremamente impressionato e grato.

UUtente ospiteFirst I am going to star saying that I feel sad I am going back home today. The hospitality of the hotel and the service was above and beyond fantastic. The staff was sooo nice and efficient staring from management to the breakfast guy always with a smile . The entire team was great . Hotel’s location is perfect , you can walk to the old city and is safe at night. Rooms were clean and everyday housekeeping service with new towels and soap . I recommend this hotel 100% no doubts every time I come back to st Augustine I will make my home Hotel las Villas 1565. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

UUtente ospiteThe room provided wasn't 100% ready on our arrival the rooms advertised refrigerator was pulled out from its location with the door left opensitting on top of a towel collecting water that had been leaking for some time. Mint. Did respond quickly to the matter by cleaning up the watery mess and getting the refrigerated back into place. The refrigerator was plugged back in but eventually started to leak during the past 3 days of stay. The room did feel damp as there may have been high humidity present.
