The cabin is located in a mountain community called Pine Mountain Club in Los Padres National Forest. The cabin has centralized heat and A/C, 2 TVs, 2 different Wi-Fi’s , an upstairs and downstairs porch available for use. In the neighborhood there is a pool, tennis courts, golf course, and club house. A trail head starts a block away from the house that leads to the downtown area—a 15 min walk away.Guest accessEnd of hall linen closet. The mayor’s cabin is the ultimate quintessential location for all that Pine Mountain Club has to offer. This new cabin was built in 2021, has 5 bedrooms, and is almost 3,000 sq. ft. of modern luxury and detailed interior design. It is the ultimate place to stay for short or extended stays. From your front windows, you have a direct view of the brand-new Olympic size pool, tennis courts, golf course, and club house/restaurant that you can enjoy and walk back home.Everything is so close that you will feel like the town mayor during your stay. The town center, with the cute shops and additional restaurants, is just across the street as is the children’s park, churches, and general store. You will have guest access to the club house, golf course, lake, fishing, and archery range.You will not need your car and hiking paths are walking distance too. Bring your bikes and fishing poles to pump up the fun. The home features luxurious and grand furnishings. The first floor has a big master bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. A second master bedroom features a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a luxurious shower. A third bedroom has a single bed and single trundle bed. The living room is inviting with a large TV loaded with Hulu TV and movie services including Netflix, Amazon Prime Movies, HBO Max, and Disney Plus. The kitchen contains with what you need and a coffee bar with various types of coffee makers. The table offers ample seating for 8 plus seating at the kitchen island. The second floor is just as grand. You walk into a beautiful and large loft with lots of seating, loaded TV, games and puzzles. This is another area where families and friends can gather and enjoy spending time together . This floor offers a split bathroom and shower that is shared by two beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds. Check weather conditions in advance.Power OutagesPower outages occur rarely but it has been known to occur since Kern County has been upgrading the electrical poles/lines. Please make sure you are prepared if you experience a slight power outage. "The Hideaway" is a stylish, one story, luxurious, and secluded cabin in Pine Mountain Club, CA. The lavish backyard, backs into your own private access into the Los Padres National Forrest (literally hiking in your backyard) with full of mature pine trees surrounds you in the forest. Gorgeous views from the upper and lower decks, neighbors are nowhere to be seen. Relax and enjoy a cocktail in any of the patios on the decks while enjoying nature at its all just 90-minute trip north of LA!This is a beautiful cabin that is open and inviting. Your friends and family will have their own private spaces but come together in the grand room and open kitchen that is perfect for entertaining. A one-story cabin is rare in Pine Mountain Club and is a huge plus. In addition, there is a wrap around deck in the back facing your own forest access, with several dining and seating areas, make for the best dinners. There is also a covered deck on the lower deck with comfortable seating where you can relax or play horse shoe. The cabin has everything that you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. You will have guest access to the club house, golf course, lake, fishing, and archery range. The refurbished pool will be available soon. Plus, there are many hiking trails including one in our own back yard. Bring your bikes and fishing poles to pump up the fun. The cabin has 3 bedrooms (one is a den that converts into a bedroom with privacy curtains or keep it as an office away from home).
