Utente ospiteWhen I arrived, the front desk told me they had a new system which doesn’t have my booking information, and it took me about half an hour to check in. The room is big with a resting area. However, there was no towels, no tissue box, no soap bar, the conditioner and the body wash bottle were both empty. I grab the towels from the cleaning lady in another room. The front dest told me they’ll refill my shower supplies later, but nobody did.

The location was great. Very cool that you live in a tower. The breakfast is not bad and is cooked to order. Also the parking is free and right next to the hotel. The best part is that three steps away you have an awesome Mardi Gras museum. I highly recommend the museum.

È così conveniente e pulito. Tuttavia, il lavaggio non è buono. Perché la macchina di insegnamento ha funzionato, ma la macchina secca è fuori servizio. Quindi dovrei andare al lavaggio delle monete.

Staff are lovely, hotel is super nice, slight problem it’s in a very sketchy area, drug dealers outside doing trade. Yes the sercurity is good, and I felt safe, but it’s the area that’s sketchy - don’t walk out at nighttime.

Good choice for saving budget.
The room was clean , no musty no smoking smell, a little bit old but outside the room the walkway and stairs were dirty. The location is good. I checked in at almost midnight but the woman was so nice I asked to look in the room first to make sure it was clear and no smoking smell and no musty smell. Breakfast Breakfast is not that good but it is understandable for a 2 star hotel.
