Hotel con piscina a Grand Forks

Il check-in è stato alle 15:00 e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella nostra camera fino alle 17:00, le pulizie non potevano tenere il passo a causa della squadra di hockey la sera prima. Quindi seduti per 2 ore eravamo sconvolti.

We only stayed 1 night as we were heading to Las Vegas the next morning and just wanted a place near the airport. We have stayed at the Ramada before and decided since it wasn't a bad experience last time we would give it another go. PROS: - Check in was quick and easy - The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and greeted us when we walked in, explained where to park based on where our room was and was okay with us having 2 cars on the lot - Water pressure was excellent, which I find to be rare in a hotel - The room was very large and clean - Location was perfect for what we needed - Hotel was surprisingly quiet considering the number of cars in the lot CONS: - We found our room to be quite hot and couldn't turn it down any further - we wound up sleeping with the window open and still found it very warm, but didn't say anything as it was only a 1 night stay...if we were staying longer we definitely would have said something - The shower head is very low! One of our party members had a difficult time due to his height (not the end of the world though!) - This isn't something that has to do with the hotel, I just wasn't impressed with it - We came back from dinner only to discover someone had left empty boxes on top of my vehicle Overall we would definitely stay again, but would mention the temperature if we stay longer than 1 night.

The Hilton in Grand Forks is a must stay! I would rate it higher than 5 stars. Our room was very clean, smelled fresh, and was beautiful. We loved the huge granite counter top. The beds were very comfortable! We had hot water for baths/showers, water pressure was fantastic. The soft close doors are to be envied, not once throughout our stay did I hear a door slam, which can jump scare anyone. The slide out breathable closet bins are perfect for placing clothing that you'd like to launder and bag. This hotel is ultra quiet, we loved staying there. The pool area is small however it's very clean, pools are wonderful and maintained. Check-in was short and sweet. Wifi reception was perfect. I have no complaint about The Hilton Garden Inn and Suites in Grand Forks. Friendly staff, excellent clean hotel and the price is perfect. Thank you to all the staff at the Grand Forks, ND location for making our stay perfect! We now know exactly where we will be staying upon our return up there, The Hilton Garden Inn & Suites! Every hotel should be modeled after this one!

My mom and I drove down from Winnipeg for a one night getaway to do some shopping and spend time together. I was extremely happy with the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Grand Forks! As I am in the travel industury (but paying full consumer rate here), I am very picky and write honest reviews. If it was bad, I would 100% tell you. :) ✅ Clean and comfortable room ✅ Comfortable beds and pillows ✅ Roomy bathroom with clean and large shower with glass doors (no shower curtain, yay!) ✅ We did not find the room noisy at all. Tip for those who are concerned about noise - request a parking lot view room (in the front of the building) instead of the interstate side (back of the building). ✅ Staff were so friendly and helpful ✅ Free breakfast was one of the best ones I have had at a hotel. Huge variety including fresh made pancakes, cinnamon rolls, omelettes, cereal, yogurt, fruit and more. My only complaint was the orange juice machine was not working properly and was mostly water. ✅ Theres a small pool and hot tub - we didn't use but would have if we had more time. It's nothing terribly special and no slide, so if you are travelling with children they may miss that. But no one was in it mid-week when we were there so that is a bonus as compared to busy hotel pools with slides. Local Area: ✅ Such a convenient location right off the Interstate highwasy if you just are passing through. ✅ So convient for Canadian shoppers as there are many box stores in the same parking lot. ✅ Definitely check out the new-ish Mexican restauarant next door, Charras & Tequila. Authentic Mexican decor, tableware, margaritas and menu. Staff were so friendly. Bonus is you can enjoy a margarita at the bar inside and then walk to your hotel room - no taxi or driving required. And they make tableside fresh guacamole just like Pipi's in Puerto Vallarta. So delicious. 💡Tip: We booked the Two Queen Bed room with Sofa Bed. Even though it was just two of us, for $20 extra, having the sofa to sit and eat a meal or snack and visit was definitely worth it. We will definitely return in the future. This was our first time staying at the Hampton Inn in Grand Forks. Check in staff were friendly and easy to deal with. We stayed in a accessible room on the second floor, facing the back which had a walk in shower. The room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. It had a comfortable sofa, desk chair and standard chair all just right. The television could be swung from the wall to face the sofa or the bedroom. We were very happy with our two night stay. The only thing we found awkward was the experience in the breakfast room where breakfast was served from 6-9am. On our first day the female attendant was chatty and hovered around the area waiting to converse with guests. We were cordial. The second morning a gentleman ”Mr. Ben” was attending to the guests and the breakfast supplies. He got much too comfortable with each table of guests. There is no way I need to know his whole family history, and how his inlaws both have dimentia, and how he needs money to get them into a care home, and all the squabbles he's having with their kids, and on and on and on. He repeated the same story to everyone who entered and it took ten to fifteen minutes to disengage him. I'm not the kind who likes to know everyone's business at breakfast time. Both attendants need to be reminded they are there to do a job and to limit their greetings. As for the breakfast, it was mediocre but enough to start our day.
