Normale. Molto interessante, ma molto buio. Vivere al secondo piano, niente può essere visto nella stanza. Sempre metà buio. E così, in generale, tutto piaceva. Il servizio è buono.Tutto gentile, utile con qualsiasi domanda. Non ci sono negozi vicino dove si possa comprare frutta. Ma è sulla costa nel suo insieme.

Accoglienza eccellente. Il personale in generale è accogliente e cordiale. La colazione viene servita al tavolo con tutto ciò che si possa desiderare, e il servizio è cortese e impeccabile. Il parcheggio custodito è ottimo. Nessuna lamentela.

Zephir Apart Hotel provided a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived. I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. My apartment was spacious, featuring a good-sized balcony and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with a variety of utensils. There was also a large wardrobe, complete with a safe for added convenience. The king-size bed was very comfortable, accompanied by fluffy pillows that ensured a good night sleep. The apartment was kept clean every day, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself was immaculate and nicely decorated, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was served in a separate building adjacent to Zephir, where guests could enjoy a diverse selection of delicious options. There was the choice to sit indoors or on the veranda, which offered lovely views of the swimming pools that guests could access. Although I didn't partake in lunch or dinner there, I noticed that those services were also available. The location of the hotel is ideal, with all essential amenities close by and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

My stay at Suite Hotel Tilila was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly make this hotel special — they are professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Every request was handled promptly, which made the stay feel effortless and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, offering convenience while still maintaining a calm and peaceful environment. From the quality of service to the attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Suite Hotel Tilila to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay. I would gladly return and recommend it without hesitation

The location of the hotel was amazing and we were upgraded to a sea view room which was nice. We found the food very good every mealtime and we used the snack bar too and the food was good. The staff at the beach bar were quite rude as was the man on checkout. During our stay, plastic was put down on the floor of our block and workmen were taking the plaster off. This didn’t disrupt our stay but it would have been nice to be warned that this work was going to be happening. Bed was comfy and amenities were good too.

La posizione è buona, check-in rapido, personale amichevole, la TV non funziona , nessun canale per vedere, immersione bloccato, quando si riferisce alla ricezione nulla è successo, nessun acqua calda nel doccia, asciugacapelli vicino al immersione così si si spray con la coperta di immersione rendendolo potenzialmente Il Parlamento ha inoltre sottolineato che la Commissione ha adottato una serie di misure per la riduzione delle emissioni di gas a effetto serra, che sono state ritenute pericolose, che sono state comunicate alla ricezione e che i miei commenti saranno trasmessi alla direzione superiore per correggere le emissioni.

Il posto era carino, non c'era molta gente in giro. Il personale era cordiale, il check-in è stato anticipato. Non è vicinissimo al centro, ma ci sono molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Very nice place. Open with lots of space around the multiple swimming pools. Main pool busy but others quiet. There is a lot of walking to do as it's a big complex. Fun animations team. More English travellers so more staff speaking better English. Food is ok, small selection at breakfast, bigger selection at lunch and good choice of different meals for dinner. Lovely friendly helpful staff in general. Good value for money. Nice big spa for different treatments and good service. Lots of cats as is normal in a lot of hotels

Molto felice e piacevole sorpresa. Dopo aver soggiornato molte volte in un hotel comparabile (a 50 metri da) ero tranquilla con il mio soggiorno (a prescindere dalle recensioni) ma la realtà del mio soggiorno era migliore di quanto si aspettasse. Ci saranno recensioni che le daranno una valutazione inferiore, ma non possiamo essere realistici. Per i soldi, la posizione, la piscina, la terrazza solare e il servizio non si può fare meglio! Purtroppo per me un problema privato significava che dovevo controllare presto, ma sicuramente tornerò. La pulizia era eccezionale, il comfort della camera molto buono e il WiFi migliore di altri hotel. Piscina era tranquilla, posizione significa che si raccoglie il rumore stradale ma essere più alto di livello stradalo non l'ho quasi notato. Viste solari devono essere viste

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing
